Gezellige comfortabele vakantiewoning in de kern van Meliskerke met veel privacy en ruimte. Onze vakantiewoning heeft een badkamer en slaapkamer op de begane grond en extra brede deuren. Inmiddels verhuren we 6 jaar, dit is onze ervaring: ons vakantiehuis past het best voor stellen die voor de omgeving en/of rust komen. Of gezinnen met 1, 2 of 3 (jonge) kinderen. Kinderen hebben dan veel ruimte om in de tuin te spelen. In totaal 4 bedden, daarbij kan nog een campingbedje geplaatst worden.

Dit sfeervolle tweekamerappartement beschikt over een woonkamer met gezellige zithoek en eettafel, een aparte slaapkamer en een keuken met alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to cook for 10 people. It is a beautiful vacation home for a family vacation. In the evening, you can enjoy the setting sun. This vacation home is therefore very suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious shellfish dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants.

All comforts equipped with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Open vanaf juni 2021 Deze accommodatie biedt precies wat je als stel zoekt qua locatie en faciliteiten. Het huisje heeft een eigen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)
