Warm and Cozy Studio

Newly renovated studio, located in New Belgrade, in Tošin Bunar street, 10 min by car from downtown and 20 min by bus. The bus stop is within 1 min walking from studio. It is also very close to Zemun, Gardoš tower, a nice bohemian part of city with many restaurants and galleries on the Danube river. There is One big sofa that doubles as a Bed. Please note that you can profit from a shared backyard, however the studio has a private entrance. Smoking is strictly Forbbiden in the studio.

Bright and cozy studio in Zemun, which is the old part of Belgrade. Building is right next to small park near to fresh local market, beauty shops, boutiques and super markets. Only one block from river Danube where is a big quay full with restorans, bars and coffee places. Zemun is hystoricaly and bohemian place. There is Gardos tower, churches and much more to explore. Cozy flat in a nice neighborhood

A lovely one-bedroom condo in a brand new building in Zemun. Furniture, appliances, linens and absolutely everything else is brand new! Bedroom features a large double bed and a wardrobe. Living/dining area is spacious and bright and has a pullout sofa. Bathroom features a lovely glass shower, a large mirror, toilet and a washing machine! Building is located in a quiet neighborhood but is only a 20-minute walk to Zemun's main attractions like Gardos Tower and Zemunski Kej boardwalk.

This apartment blew us away from the moment we arrived. We were even allowed to check in a bit earlier, which was a great start. The place had such a pleasant scent when we walked in. Although it’s not located in the city center, getting around is easy—the bus stop is right next to the building, and there’s a Lidl conveniently located nearby as well. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, and the scent of linden trees in the air was simply amazing. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and has everything you need to feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Beautiful, peaceful apartment with precise details and very nice hosts. The location is one of my favourite in Belgrade (Zemun feels like a fairytale). Would love to return one day! (+ You absolutely need to check the antique store that’s just next to it ;))

Top place to stay in Zemun / Belgrade, if you find it available, grab it!! We had wonderful week in Jelica’s appointment, she is one of the best hosts you can imagine to have. Speaking great English, full of information and really helpful. Location is impeccable, walking distance to great restaurants, market, shops, cafes, it’s beautiful area with vibrant non traffic streets, amazing, long board walk along river Danube …. Jelica’s apartment is tucked in so well that you have perfect privacy, it’s very quiet, great sleep and all you need is there. She had furnished the apartment and the kitchen with love and great attention to details, my husband and I were impressed, highly recommending 😁

Dusan and Anja are great hosts. We were even allowed to checkin from 8 am, all instructions were clear and on time. The apartment looks exactly as on photos. There are two dedicated workspaces supplied with extra monitors – a huge benefit for us. You can find everything in surroundings, a quite big 24/7 supermarket is in 4 min walking. Also, it’s a great spot if you’re either keen on or unfamiliar with socialistic modernism in architecture.
