The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

Liebe Shirley, liebe Merve, lieber Ozkan, Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem fantastisch renovierten Haus. Alles war sehr hochwertig mit moderner, technischer Ausrüstung und klassischen Möbeln, alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden, aber es war, als wenn man in einer anderen Zeit wohnen würde. Mitten im schönsten Teil von Balat, wo die bunten Häuser stehen. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Menge von Istanbul, war es immer wie eine Zuflucht, in der man sich gemütlich und sicher zurücklehnen konnte. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Angebot in Istanbul wohnen zu können. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns wiederzukommen. Meinolf und Ulrike

الشقة ممتازة .تتوفر فيها كل الكماليات والتجهيزات لقضاء اجازة مريحة. غسالة ملابس غسالة مواعين ،فرن ميكرويف،شاشات تلفزيون، مراتب مريحة جدا. الخلاصة إقامة كريس 5 نجوم. موقع الشقة ممتاز جدا. محطة ترام تبعد اقل من 100 متر. ويوصلها عن حي بلاط الرائع محطة واحدة. اكيد جدا عندي سفري لاسطنبول سوف تكون شقة كريس خياري الاول

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Daria’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect place for our stay in Istanbul with our family of 13. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The home is in the city on a Main Street so if hearing people walk by or traffic sounds, it might not be for you… but we had a baby and a sound machine so it blocked most things out for us. My only wish is that the living room area and kitchen were a little more central to accommodate our large group hangs a little more but we still spent tons of time together around the table, playing games etc.

Zeynep's place was wonderful for our family reunion in Istanbul! Our family of 5 were more than comfortable and had plenty of room in their charming home. We did not want for anything as the home was very well prepared! Her kind mother greeted us warmly at check-in and was such a lovely host, even bringing fresh bread, fruit and vegetables for one of our breakfasts. Zeynep was extremely responsive with our questions and overall very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we look forward to returning in the future!

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

Really happy to stay at Faruk’s apartment and looking forward to staying again. Quite close to a tram station which made the moving around and going to places quite easy. His assistant at the property is very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn’t meet Faruk face to face, he was always attending any message sent by me.

J'ai vraiment apprécié ce logement confortable et calme, le tout dans un quartier non touristique et très vivant, avec d'excellents restaurants. Communication très facile avec l'hôte, toujours réactif. Que du positif. Je reviendrai pour sûr !

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

Harika bi konumda oldukça nezih bir site. Yaklaşık 10 dakika yürüme mesafesi ile metro ve metrobüs güzergahları bulunuyor. Ev sahibi de oldukça nazik ve sabırla sorularımıza ve mesajlarımıza cevap verdi. Ev fotoğraflarda ne ise o. Tam 2 kişilik bir ev misafirlerinizi ona göre belirlemeniz çok iyi olur. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir ev.

The flat was super as expected, Aykut is a nice guy easy to comunicate with him. The location is good as well. I had a nice stay with my family there. Recomended to others.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, the location was excellent, and the response to any request was quick. I will definitely come again.

Nice place as shown in photos - small but perfect for a solo traveller. Supermarket nearby and lots of small shops to buy essentials from a couple of minutes away. Main Istanbul attractions weren’t too far away and was a nice walk. Kitchen essentials provided ie cutlery, coffee maker, pots and pans. Towels provided.

Absolutely amazing stay in Istanbul! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. The host was truly the best, super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations. Entry was a breeze thanks to clear instructions and helpful pictures. I felt right at home. Nagehan was an excellent host and I would 100% stay here again!

Alina's was very attentive, her place was roomie and comfortable. We got the experience of a local neighborhood, close to transportation and all shopping. We would stay there again.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Oldukça ferah bir yerdi. Metroya yakın olması beni kalmaya iten sebeplerdendi. İletişim gayet rahattı ve check-in saati rahatlığı oldukça hoşuma gitti. Teşekkür ederim.
