Simple and genuine nature-oriented experience – suitable for those who appreciate silence and privacy.

Authentic holiday cottage on Alūksne Lake

"Boathouse" is a renovated fishing boat garage that has also retained its original charm. It is located practically in the very center of the city, but when you arrive here you will be able to enjoy romance merging with nature. The window offers a fantastic view of the castle island, which is located over a hundred meters away - it has a wonderful swimming place, a sports ground, the ruins of the Livonian Order and a couple of cafes. Through the window you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and the new swan family are frequent guests - prepare some delicacies.

At the end of Estonia, in Kossa, time passes differently and peace and quiet take on another dimension. There is nowhere to go - 800 meters to Lake Pabra and on the other shore of the lake is already Russia. You can see moose, wild boars, foxes and border guards, otherwise you are completely on your own. At night, with clear skies, the Milky Way comes so close that you feel part of it and you can hear your own heartbeat. Winters are snowy and cold - but the house is warm. Summers are hot and mid-summer is full of midges. You are in Kossa.

The Tower Resort is located in the most special location – behind the illuminated Pesapuu Tower with its picturesque views, on the edge of the Rõuge primeval valley. The house has everything you need – a wood-heated sauna, a hot tub, a bright kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a cozy upper floor. You can enjoy an authentic Estonian sauna experience. We offer a traditional wood-heated sauna and a hot tub filled with fresh spring water – the water is changed after every guest.

Charming accommodation in historic manor building

Plaani Karjamõis is the former dairy that belonged to Haanja manor. These historic buildings date back to the first half of 19th century and are currently undergoing renovation. The building complex is surrounded by lakes and forests. You will be staying in the spacious attic room, with a lovely view overlooking the premises from the terrace. The room has a double sofabed and two single beds, a kitchenette and a large TV. Guests can use the induction stove, WC and Shower

In a beautiful forest setting in eastern Latvia, we have created an environment for peaceful relaxation – far from the rush, worries, and noise of the city. Here you’ll find a spacious, scenic area, clean air, and a harmonious atmosphere. Peace lives here – fish stir in the ponds, birds and animals inhabit the forest. This is a place to listen to nature, breathe deeply, and simply be.

Fresh spring water flows straight from the tap. The house can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. The nearest neighbour is 500 metres away, ensuring complete privacy. Popular nearby attractions include Suur Munamägi (the highest peak in Estonia) in Haanja and the Ööbiku viewing tower in Rõuge. There are also good fishing spots nearby. If you wish, you can also rent a Finnish sauna or a traditional smoke sauna, located 500 metres away next to the hosts’ house.

If you want to enjoy the charm of Alūksne city, peaceful evenings and the magic of Alūksne Lake. You are waiting for the second floor of our family home, which has 3 cozy rooms for 6 people, a playroom for children, a kitchen and an extra sauna. We are pet friendly. Our house is a 5-minute walk to Alūksne Park and Lake, a 10-minute walk to the city center.
