Holiday rentals with a patio in Zinal

Wow!! A place that's really hard to leave! A real Swiss Alpine experience... the view from the window is amazing and creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The apartment was spacious, clean and pleasant, and in the kitchen we had everything we needed to prepare food! The price is super fair! Must note that the place looks much bigger than the pictures and we were pleasantly surprised (the balcony and the kitchen and living room space)! Many thanks to the amazing Marianne who made us feel at home ♥️

We enjoyed a gorgeous week in June at Benita & Mike’s beautiful home. The house has everything we needed and we loved the floor to ceiling windows which allowed maximum appreciation of the stunning mountain scenery around us, the photos really don’t do it justice. The location is peaceful and tranquil (just what we wanted) but also a short distance from the quaint and charming Grachen which is walkable in 35 mins. The kitchen is well equipped which was a bonus as we enjoyed cooking every night. We also enjoyed sitting outside on both the balcony which gets the morning sun and the back terrace which gets the evening sun, perfect! The llamas in the field opposite were very friending and entertaining. The highlights during our stay were hiking up the nearby mountain Wannihorn from Grachen, visiting the suspension bridge in Randa and taking the car train to Kandersteg to walk the alpine trail around the unbelievably stunning Lake Oeschinen. We would highly recommend 😀

Everything from arrival at Simone’s place to the stay was perfect. The location of her place and what the windows open to are a beautiful sight in the morning. Simone was accommodating and a lovely host, always responsive and helpful. Her place is excellent in terms of location, situated in the heart of Frutigen, a beautiful little town, and it is near all major scenic locations and places of interest. Parking being available made life ease when driving. I would highly recommend Simone’s place and we will definitely be back again.

This place is a hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful mountains and a river. My entire family loved the serene setting around the apartment. The host, Manuela, was wonderful—very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The location is also great, just a short and convenient walk from Lutschental train station, right between Grindelwald and Interlaken. We loved our stay here!

Very interactive host. Accompanied us to the studio and helped us to understand navigating the area. The space was clean and high class. Kitchen well stocked with pots and other equipment. The view was phenomenal. Free bus stop not very far from studio. Comfortable bed!

Spotlessly clean apartment, with everything you need plus some nice little extras. Annette and Luke are great hosts, very helpful and great communication before and during our stay. We wanted to do lots of hiking and get away from the crowds and this is the perfect location. The hike straight from the apartment to Eigergletscher is amazing and it's easy to get to Murren and start different hikes from there. Would also recommend getting the bus to Bussalp and hiking to First, absolutely stunning. Obviously did all the touristy bits like Jungfraujoc, the cable car to Grindlewald, the train from Brienz to Rathorn and boat trips on the lakes. We really could not fault this place and it has been one of our best holidays ever.

First, I would like to thank the owners of the house, who are very nice and cooperative The place is very beautiful in the village of Idliboden. The view is very beautiful. The pictures did not show that, but the accommodation in general is beautiful. There is only one problem. The smell of chicken in the basement is annoying and the flies because of the cowshed are annoying. I hope to open windows in all the windows of the house.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Special weekend with my parents in the most beautiful, spectacular setting, the chalet has everything you need and is easy to get to. There are larger towns close by and we were able to cook in the excellent, well equipped kitchen, or eat out locally. The view is unbelievable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wishing we could stay longer. Highly recommended.

We had a great week of family skiing vacation at Marc's cottage. The location is great with its unobstructed view in the center of Grimentz and walking distance from the ski lifts. The cottage is very comfortable and very nice, it matches the description. Marc welcomed us himself, which we particularly appreciated. We recommend this cottage and thank Marc for hosting us.

Amazing location be mindful of gandola timing

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely return, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who was always very helpful with advice.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this cabin is perfect! It’s cozy, secluded, and ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. Janis provided detailed instructions, which were crucial since we arrived at night in thick fog. (Make sure to use Google Maps, as Waze led us down paths not meant for cars causing us to turn around in sketchy conditions.) The welcome basket was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and at home. The cabin’s simplicity was just what we needed—no distractions, just the beauty of nature all around. It’s well-equipped, but if you’re visiting in cooler weather, knowing how to make a fire is important to stay warm. The surrounding area is great for hiking or relaxing with a book, and the breathtaking views made the stay unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and more connected to nature. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil experience!

It was close to the station, so it was good for getting around. I went earlier than the check-in time, but I was able to rest because you kindly guided me. They also paid attention to the washing machine mistakes I made, and even took pictures and explained them in an easy-to-understand way. I had a good rest with my mom in a good location. Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

It was a satisfactory accommodation. At first, I was trying to get it completely opposite. I did well to catch it in a place with a little terrain. The scenery is so nice and quiet The feedback from the landlord was also quick. It's close to the nearby station and it's a good location to get around. I want to come again.😃😃

The views from the apartment were out-of-this-world beautiful. We loved sleeping with the windows open, because hearing the flowing river was very peaceful to our souls. The Coop, below, was an added bonus, because it’s so close and convenient! The apartment was very clean, and we enjoyed the spacious layout. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Manuela was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind—offering true 5-star hospitality from the moment we arrived. The house itself was spotless and beautifully arranged, with everything feeling fresh and new. All the amenities worked perfectly, especially the water heater and other heating equipment, which we appreciated even during our summer visit. During our stay, the weather was quite warm. While we chose not to open the windows to avoid flies, it would have been even more comfortable if a movable fan or a fly swatter could be provided in the future. That said, this is just a small suggestion, and it didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again!
