Находится на Одесской, транспорт рядом, супермаркеты АТБ, Класс, Рост, Аэропорт, до центра 15 мин. на транспотре. Транспорт рядом, едет в любую точку города. Парковка своя возле дома. Набор постельных принадлежностей, полотенец. В квартире очень тепло (своя котельная), горячая вода постоянно (бойлер).
