Holiday rentals with a patio in Zona Buenos Aires, Milan

Nous avoir séjourné un week-end à Milan, et nous avons apprécié tout est parfait, nous n’avons rien à dire de négatif sur le logement ni sur Salvatore qui est toujours très réactif aux messages et très sympa merci ☺️. L’appartement se trouve proximité des lignes de métro et gare ce qui facilite les déplacement. nous reviendrons séjourné à Milan très bientôt !

We loved staying at Leonardo’s home in Montenapoleone. The flat was exactly as described, perfectly clean and very comfortable - with all kinds of modern amenities. The immediate area was quiet, making for a great night’s sleep, while the proximity to sites/shopping/restaurants can’t be beat. Leonardo’s pre arrival recommendations on restaurants were spot on and helped us plan, and his communication throughout our stay made things even easy. Finally, we appreciated a welcome of waters & prosecco. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Studio globalement propre; quelques taches dans l’évier et un peu de poussière dans la salle de bain mais nous sommes pointilleuses. Marco et Lidia sont des hôtes attentionnés : échantillons de crème, protections hygiéniques, guide de Milan,… à disposition. Ils sont tous les deux disponibles. C’est très agréable :) Logement un peu loin de tout à pieds mais réservé en connaissance de cause. Bref, nous conseillons le logement !

Well appointed. Clean. Spacious. Excellent in town location. Can walk to many of the tourist sites. Close to restaurants and grocery. Metro outside front door.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment for 6 nights in Milan, would absolutely reccomend it! Neighbourhood is peaceful, easy to get to city center, apartment was very welcoming and the hosts were quite helpful.

Dalila’s place was a dream. I stayed for one month and it has everything a traveler may need. The space is new and super clean. It is actually even nicer than the photos. My dog and I loved this space. We could have stayed forever. Thank you for everything!

We stayed 8 nights at this incredible apartment. It is exactly as captured in the photos. The apartment is extremely clean, modern and absolutely stunning. The hosts are always available and fast to respond. Jari and Francesca even took the time to make several day trip recommendations and let us know the locations and options of all of the grocery stores around us. The location is close to several different types of grocery stores and near Eataly, which is similar to a Whole Foods. Each store within about a 5-8 minute walk. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable. The separate washer and dryer worked perfectly. The location is perfect. It is a very nice area in Milan close to Garibaldi station and two metro stops from Milan Centrale. The Garibaldi station was only about an 8 minute walk. The apartment is located in a trendy area of Milan with so many restaurants, bars, and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again. This place is a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Chiara war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten die Nachbarn einen Musikevent und die erste Nacht war nicht so erholsam🥴 Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung!! Danke für alles Chiara💖

It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

Wir wurden von Nicola sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand und die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. ich würde mich freuen, wiedermal als Gast bei Nicola zu sein, wenn ich wieder in Mailand bin.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

정원과 함께 있는 이 집은 정말 아름답고 훌륭합니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 응답이 빠르며 저희를 존중해줬어요. 다시 밀란에 온다면 다시 오고 싶어요.

L’apartament es fantàstic! Molt net i agradable. Totes les estances donen directament a exterior i son molt lluminoses! Estava tot molt ben equipat. L’Stefania ha estat molt amable i atenta, donant totes les facilitats tant per a l’entrada com per a la sortida. 100%recomanable!!

Wir haben uns in Sabrinas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern. Sabrina war sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – in der Nähe der Navigli und etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Dom entfernt. Ungefähr 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es ein Parkhaus – das ist sehr bequem und definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Danke Sabrina, wir bekommen bestimmt wieder.

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

A wonderful stay! Top location in Brera, yet absolutely quiet. Clean & charming space, very spacious. Wonderful & responsive host. I highly recommend!

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Mailand, das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und hatte alles was man benötigen. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch ist etwa 10 min. entfernt eine metro station. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Simone war super und hilfreich.

Good stay right in the heart of Milan. It's in walking distance from the centralnstation, so from where you arrive if you took a bus from the airport. Tram 10 stops right in front of the door for you to go to the monumental cemetary and metro 3 (Sandrio) is only a few minutes walk away that can take you to Duomo or some of the other major tourist hotspots. The place itself is functional and has all the necessary facilities and has a small garden. Despite being in the center it is still quite private. The bed is a bit hard so if you don't like that keep this in mind.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Super Lage und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen - absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabio는 매우 친절하고 연락이 잘 되었으며, 체크인 과정에서 어려움을 겪고 있을 때 연락을 주는 등 매우 사려깊게 우리를 챙겼어요. 또한, 밤 늦게 까지 하는 슈퍼마켓이 1분 거리에 있었고, 집 바로 낲 트램으로 센트럴로 가는데도 매우 편리한 위치에 있었다. 대학가라서 안전한 느낌을 받았으며, 바로 옆 골목에서 토요일 오전 시장이 열려 구경할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 집도 매우 깨끗했어요! 추천합니다👍
