Departamento amplio y limpio con una vista increíble. Desde que llegas a caseta el acceso es muy controlado, llegando recibí indicaciones por parte del personal de la torre, además de personal de airbnb, fueron claros en el uso de las instalaciones y en general cumple todo lo que te promete. Las albercas estaban en remodelación aún así pudimos hacer uso de ellas pero con algunas limitantes (nos avisaron desde el principio al rentar) entonces la comunicación y transparencia al 100%. Lo recomiendo si buscan amplitud, limpieza y excelentes vistas, queda cerca de malecón.

The place was beautiful and Enrique was super helpful and responsive and so was Karine whenever we had a question or request. There were restaurants and a local grocery store with the best pastries within a few minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone wanting a truly relaxing vacation.

This condo was amazing. The view from every open space and most of the bedrooms is breathtaking. The condo was well furnished, extremely clean, and everything worked. Each bedroom not only had it's own bathroom with shower, and it's own heating/ac unit. It looks exactly like the pictures. Being up 23 floors we would have the pelicans fly by right near the deck at eye level. The elevator open right into the condo (how cool) and once you exit on the first floor you got to your right to stairs right to the beach or left to one of the three pools. One pool is 4.5 feet deep, one is 2.5 feet deep, and the third was 1.5 feet deep. We were there with our family and two grandkids (3 and 1) and have the shallow pools for them to play in was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and it is a gated area with staff always around so you feel so safe. The ability to walk to the grocery store (which has everything) was a real plus. Kristelle is so responsive and cares about your stay.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The communication with Kim and Gaby from the start was excellent. The condo itself was spotless and had everything you could need. The view from the 23rd floor was perfect, and the sunsets could not have been better. The pool area was very nice and I must say that the quality food available poolside was by far the best we have ever had and we travel a lot. The market and some great restaurants were just a short walk away. I highly recommend Kim's place, it's a great condo.

Disfrutamos mucho el lugar! El departamento está precioso y la ubicación nos pareció muy buena. Paulina tuvo comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo y fue muy atenta. Me puso cunas para mis bebés y fue muy linda. Mi familia lo disfruto mucho.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was comfortable and the views were gorgeous. We also loved the amenities including the spa, cabana beds, on site restaurant, playground and private cinema. We appreciate the very professional greeting and orientation by Gaby. She also responded very quickly to any questions we had. I booked a massage at the spa with Cuki (spelling?) that was fantastic. She was very experienced and had fabulous technique. The only thing that could be better was the mattress, which is firm. We’re used to a memory foam cushion, so we had to adjust. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks for an enjoyable and smooth stay! All the staff at Icon Vallarta were eager to help with a welcoming smile.

Es un lugar hermoso, con mucho espacio y luz, pero sobretodo con una vista espectacular. Pasamos unos días geniales en familia en el mejor lugar de Vallarta.

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

A mi familia y a mi nos encantó el lugar, las vistas son hermosas en el departamento y alberca, el departamento impecable, todo muy limpio y en excelente estado, los vigilantes muy amables en todo momento, los Anfitriones muy oendientes de nuestro ingreso y estancia. Hedgar una persona muy amable y super empatica, mi esposo enfermó y nos dio oportunidad de quedarnos en el área de estar por casi 3 horas más, definitivamente volvemos en nuestras siguientes vacaciones.

Nos encantó, el lugar súper bonito y tranquilo, el departamento muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario, ame que tenía una sombrilla, sillas y hielera súper útil para estar en la playa, el complejo estaba hermoso, sin duda regresaría

The absolute best host and property! My experience at this Airbnb was utterly fantastic! Before I even arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable, with friendly and quick responsiveness from Gabriel and his daughter throughout my stay. The space was even better than I could have imagined from the already great photos. It was extremely well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need, including extra water and a thoughtful fruit basket. The location couldn't have been better either—close to the airport, great restaurants, walkable attractions, and most important right on the ocean with an unbeatable view! I would highly recommend this property, Gabriel, and his team to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Five PLUS stars, and I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

This is a great condo. We would book it again. The views of the ocean, whales and sunsets are bucket list worthy. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and dishes. The space is huge. There are plenty of sheets, towels and laundry facilities great for the long stay. The ICON is a wonderful place with great staff and a great location. You can expect first class luxury at this place.

Francisco fue muy atento. Respondía rápido. El lugar tal cual se ve en las fotos, limpieza al 100 y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Plus que deja garrafón de agua y sale por el refrigerador, cómodo. Las vistas muy bonitas. Cerca de todo. El aeropuerto a 10 min. El pueblito y mercado de artesanías a 15 min. Costco a 10 min. Los climas funcionan al 100. Me encantó y volveré definitivamente.

Gail and her property manager, Rangel were outstanding. They made us feel at home, answered all of our questions, checked in on us to make sure everything was great. The condo is beautiful, just like the photos. Well equipped. The people at Icon Vallarta were great too (concierge and other staff). Highly recommend!
