Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

This one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! The area it’s in was great it was peaceful and we were blessed either with an amazing view from our balcony. The workers within the condominium were great very friendly and outgoing it was a pleasure to stay here I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m into Puerto Vallarta! :)

This place is absolutely stunning. The open floorplan, the views, the amenities, the warm friendly service at the front desk, the extremely walkable location, the interior design, the infinity rooftop pool area that we always had to ourselves... every aspect of it felt like luxury. The host was always extremely responsive and helpful. I needed to ship a few items to arrive in advance and he ensured they were set aside for me. Once we checked in, we had both a house manager and we're connected with an on-site front desk staff member who made sure we had everything we needed. I also love the fact that it's so centrally located, yet you don't hear a noise from the streets. Just absolute five stars across the board.

Absolutely wonderful in every way! We were greeted at checkin to get us situated, the apartment was clean and had a beautiful view and the welcome package was a very nice touch! We definitely will be coming back. Thanks for hosting us!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

Since we arrived the apartment was very clean and smelled good, it is very spacious, I loved that it had an area for my dogs, it meets 100% of the expectations without a doubt I would stay there again, the only issue I had was that one of my companions forgot some AirPods and I have not yet had a solution regarding the issue but other than that very good place to stay and enjoy a family vacation.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

A great place to stay, with all the amenities and a great location

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with unforgettable views. Thank you, Álvaro, for an amazing experience!

We loved it, the place was super nice and quiet, the apartment was very large and had everything you needed, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely return

Wow wow wow! Our stay here was INCREDIBLE! We had such an amazing time, the place is so beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice of how beautiful and and amazing views this place has! The pool was so nice and being able to watch the sunset straight from our balcony was incredible! Also our chef Fanny was AMAZING! Everything she made was delicious she truly made our stay so much better and made us feel right at home. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely look forward to coming back! This Condo was great and with an amazing view. It had everything we needed, clean and very spacious. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the pools. The only thing that was missing was regular towels.. they only have pool towels and beach towels, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The thoughtfully curated artwork throughout adds a unique and inspiring touch, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I truly felt at home here. It’s comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are nothing short of spectacular, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great stay at Greg’s condo in Puerto Vallarta! The unit is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and perfectly located—just a short walk to all the best spots in the area. I especially loved the rooftop pool and gym, both of which were top-notch and offered amazing views. The condo itself was comfortable and stylish, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Angel, the property manager, was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the check-in and stay smooth. One thing to note: the master bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that faces the main hallway, which made it slightly noisy at times, especially since the building is located on a main road. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would absolutely stay here again—great value, great location, and great amenities!

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.
