Holiday rentals with a patio in Zona Hotelera Norte

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this property. The views are amazing and location can't be beat. We loved the rooftop pool. Walking distance to coffee, grocery and restaurants. The "dirt road" some mentioned to get to the property is actually cobblestone and not as scary as some made it sound imo. It's also only 1 block long. Uber was easy when needed. We'll definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Condo is as shown and the rooftop pool is a nice feature. Great location in Versalles. Lots of great restaurants and cafe's in the area within walking distance. Only 10 minute Uber/taxi from Romantica zone also. I would recommend this listing to any visitors from 2 to 5 people. Lots of room for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Madero 320, Unit 401 in Puerto Vallarta! My husband and I were traveling from Los Angeles with a friend, and we were looking for a place that offered both comfort and convenience, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zona Romántica, making it easy to walk to fantastic restaurants, bars, and clubs. The condo itself is beautifully updated, featuring high-end finishes and stylish decor. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. A special shoutout to Matias, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on our first night. His local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a modern, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in PV, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.

This is my second time staying at Cesar’s place. It’s a place I feel at home in, where I might’ve chosen the furnishings. I love the indoor/outdoor flow and enjoy spending time in the beautiful private patio. It’s quiet, spotlessly clean, with a great bed, nice linens, and everything I need to have a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to a great swimming beach, stores and restaurants.

Beautiful fully stocked apartment with a great location. Building amenities and rooftop pool were fantastic. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful, he was there when I arrived and kept open communication for anything I needed during my stay. Would highly recommend!

Me and my friends had a girl trip and we had the best time ever! Two bathrooms was definitely worth it, the laundry room was easy to access, and condo felt safe due to gates and security. People that work at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as well with any questions we had. We appreciated the experience!

This place is adorable with its Mexican design and accents! The patio, garden area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The unit has a real kitchen with a full size refrigerator and all accessories needed for cooking meals at home. The location can't be beat! The casita is in an authentic Mexican neighborhood with beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distances. Grocery stores, the Melecon and Zona Romantica tourist areas are a short ride in a taxi or Uber. Casa Chulu is a great choice for your Puerto Vallarta vacation getaway!

We had a fantastic time at Fidel’s home. Loved the artwork and decor. Lounging at the private pool was great. The home is very spacious and the area very walkable. It is a beautiful area. Going to miss all the different birds perched in the tree in the back yard area.Hope to be back again for another month next year.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home in Puerto Vallarta. The property was perfect for our group and equipped with all the amenities we needed. This place was great, very clean and we loved the plants everywhere it made the space seem very homey for us. There’s lots of taco stands & stores within walking distance which was very helpful. We loved saying here, and our hosts were very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The only issue we had was that we were not stocked up on napkins and didn’t have any extra trash bags, but that was an easy fix with the stores nearby. There is also a kindergarten right next door and we enjoyed hearing them practice their marches and all. We loved being surrounded by locals, it made our experience 10x better. Very recommended!

I had a great stay at Greg’s condo in Puerto Vallarta! The unit is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and perfectly located—just a short walk to all the best spots in the area. I especially loved the rooftop pool and gym, both of which were top-notch and offered amazing views. The condo itself was comfortable and stylish, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Angel, the property manager, was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the check-in and stay smooth. One thing to note: the master bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that faces the main hallway, which made it slightly noisy at times, especially since the building is located on a main road. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would absolutely stay here again—great value, great location, and great amenities!

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall.
