The apartment was ideal for 4 people, the sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was fine, the kitchen was super complete, the place was clean and the most incredible thing was that the pool had a beautiful view. I loved it. To go to the pier you have to take your car since it is about 15 minutes away but you have 2 squares and restaurants such as Campomar, Madalena and strana very close!

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place, the pools are incredible and the beach is too. Thanks Sebastián and Ale who were my hosts, always very attentive and super available to help. We'll be back for sure.

I loved the location, very close to the romantic area, lots of restaurants, bars and obviously the beach. The apartment is very spacious and what I loved is that I was able to bring my dog. I would definitely go back.

I was there in May 2025, 4 Nights. The apartment is in a very central area. I would definitely stay there again, it's a quiet place, it has safe parking, we never had problems finding a place. The apartment is very clean, it has details that other places do not have, such as mattress protectors and excellent quality towels. Everything is very well kept. We only got to use the pool for 2 days because they were going to do maintenance, but that shows that it's a good place where they care about the well-being of those who stay and live there. Betha sent us a message before we arrived with all the directions to enter. He allowed us to enter before check-in and leave after the time without any problem :) Excellent hostess.

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

We loved it, the place was super nice and quiet, the apartment was very large and had everything you needed, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely return

This Condo was great and with an amazing view. It had everything we needed, clean and very spacious. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the pools. The only thing that was missing was regular towels.. they only have pool towels and beach towels, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.

David's place was a perfect place to decompress for a week. The rooftop is amazing, especially the pool. I spent every morning up there soaking up the views, literally. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed. As other reviewers have noted, it is darker, but only because I chose not to really have the blinds open, otherwise there is plenty of natural light. But when I was at the apartment, I was on the rooftop anyway! And I was exploring PV most of the day anyway. The location is great - walkable to everything. The 5 de diciembre neighborhood is quieter and more residential. You'll be essentially right at the start of the beach - and can walk to the other end of the beach in about 40 min (at about 10-15 min to the start of the malecon). All in all, this was a great place to stay (also, no hills! and yet an amazing view from the rooftop!).

The location was perfect I wish I owed a home like this it was amazing with the most beautiful views my family was beyond happy I really do wish the jacuzzi was warm but everything else was perfect right next to walmart and the mall and lil location behind like tacos and cafe so yummy everything was walking distance I fell in love with view. Ramon and the young lady were quick to respond when I had a question. Thank you guys

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The communication with Kim and Gaby from the start was excellent. The condo itself was spotless and had everything you could need. The view from the 23rd floor was perfect, and the sunsets could not have been better. The pool area was very nice and I must say that the quality food available poolside was by far the best we have ever had and we travel a lot. The market and some great restaurants were just a short walk away. I highly recommend Kim's place, it's a great condo.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was comfortable and the views were gorgeous. We also loved the amenities including the spa, cabana beds, on site restaurant, playground and private cinema. We appreciate the very professional greeting and orientation by Gaby. She also responded very quickly to any questions we had. I booked a massage at the spa with Cuki (spelling?) that was fantastic. She was very experienced and had fabulous technique. The only thing that could be better was the mattress, which is firm. We’re used to a memory foam cushion, so we had to adjust. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks for an enjoyable and smooth stay! All the staff at Icon Vallarta were eager to help with a welcoming smile.

The place was incredible and felt like home. The air b and b was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when it came to tips for local recommendations. I would stay here again in a heart beat !!

The stay at the accommodation was very pleasant, the apartment is comfortable and the views are unbeatable. There were enough towels, sheets and kitchen utensils. (I would only add some deep dishes for soup or broths) There are shopping malls nearby and many points of interest 5-20 minutes away. the arrival from the airport is 15 minutes maximum

It was amazing, the view was the best and in a very good location, we had a great time
