Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Zona Hotelera Norte

I was very happy with the apartment and this was my second stay there. I mainly communicated with Edwardo, my host. Edwardo is very warm and welcoming and responded quickly to a few housekeeping concerns I had. I will stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at Peninsula. Pictures matched the description of the condo. Location right on the beach and excellent security. Will definitely recommend to others.

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At reception they took care of us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anjuli. Everything was as described and very comfortable. The entire unit was clean and organized. The AC units worked great in the unit has anything that you could ever need for a great and relaxing day. Will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Puerto Vallarta.

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was even more beautiful in person with great views of the city and mountains. The apt has literally everything you need if you forget to pack something. Everything was walking distance and easy access for Ubers. The building is extremely secure with nice staff. Loved the pool and bar service plus the gym has all equipment . The AC was perfect. If you’re traveling during rainy season just be mindful during bad storms the power will go out for a few moments but it’s nothing too crazy. Thank you Austin and staff for a great stay. We will be back !

Great host! Allowed me and my husband to check in early because we arrived earlier than check in time and check out late since our flight departed late in the afternoon. Loved how responsive he was. The place itself is beautiful, loved the modern look and the balcony was amazing. The location of the apartment is great, it was walking distance to many restaurants. Loved it all!

Loved our stay, the condominium was exactly as pictured and had wonderful finishes. Views of the ocean were better than expected and it was great to open the windows and let the ocean breeze flow through. Sebastian was extremely attentive, responsive and accommodating. Had a small hiccup with the washing machine not working but they were very helpful in accommodating alternatives. Only critique, which is subjective, is that the beds were very firm (the most firm bed we’ve even slept on) but regardless our stay was wonderful. Pool was great, beach access was easy. Would definitely consider again in the future.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Beautifully appointed apt at Penisula definitely upgraded from the standard units. I've stayed in orger units at Penisula Torre 1 and Todd's unit felt like a warm inviting home . The corner views are wonderful even though lots of construction below. when you are fitted all you see his beauty from the Ocean to the mountains and city lights. Communication was excellent, friendly and considerate from management who let us in to staff in Torre 1. Only glitch, the keypad didn't work for my private code, management used the back up code to let us in. small glitch only at arrival for a wonderful stay for my family of 4. lots of beach toys for the kiddos. nice linens too. thank you, Todd

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

Fabulous stay here! We loved that there was a restaurant and pool upstairs that we surprisingly spent lots of time at. Very safe, and peaceful place. Easy cheap quick uber rides to town. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved the place, the views are beautiful in the apartment and pool, the apartment is impeccable, everything is very clean and in excellent condition, the guards are very friendly at all times, the Hosts are very attentive to our entry and stay. Hedgar is a very kind and super empathetic person. My husband got sick and he gave us the opportunity to stay in the living area for almost 3 more hours. We will definitely return on our next vacation.
