We have really enjoyed our weekend at the sea at this beautiful place. You hear and see the sea right from your bed, and overlook a beautiful inner yard, full of lush greenery. Once you leave the gate you are already at the beach. The apartment has simple arrangements, but you have everything you need, everything is new and comfortable to use. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised that unlike to other places at Georgian shore, here there were really few people, and so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Really recommended! So peaceful and relaxing 💛

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

We celebrated the New Year with a big group of kids. The house is large and spacious, has everything you need. Close to the beach, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets, the coniferous forest. Very quiet.

It was absoloutley good(: Badri's family hosted us generously and warmly, the house was super clean and with nice room and a great balcony. this area of Senaki is relaxed and pretty, a short walk from the great market. we had a chill time relaxing from Svaneti's hikes and this was comforting and a great place for that.

This is a great place in a private neighbourhood with plenty of space. The garden is beautiful.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

We stayed in the guest house for one month, everything was fine, the description matches the reality, peaceful place, the beach is so close only 2 min on foot. There are not so many supermarkets nearby but it’s easy to catch the bus or a taxi to the bigger town Poti😊

The house is hundred times better than in the photos, if feels lived in. My friends and i wanted to spend new years in a warmer environment and away from people considering the pandemic, well this was perfect isolated with a yard and lots of space to goof around. All The amenities were there, host left instructions and was always a phone call away, very kind and thoughtful. House is clean and the sea is literally 100 steps from home. Will definitely come again. Best wishes

Stayed at the end of June. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. At the meeting, we received keys and all instructions at the meeting: For example, due to the proximity to the sea, the water in the house is not drinking. The house is surrounded by pines. The neighboring houses are nearby , but it was quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and tableware. Everything is in good condition. The bathroom is a bit tired but clean and tidy . Bedding and towels are sufficient and well maintained. The location is convenient , 100 m to the sea. The beach is not very clean , sometimes there are algae at the shore. The entrance is very smooth and the sea is very warm. When checking out towards Batumi in 6 minutes by car there is a wonderful fish market in Tskalzminda in 6 minutes by car. Every day there is fresh mullet,mullet, catfish and so on. We bought groceries at the market in Poti in 15 minutes by car. There is a supermarket on the market. Cheese,meats,vegetables,fruits were bought there. In general, a very pleasant experience of your stay. The kids are already bored and want to go back to Grigoleti. Would recommend!

rested in the summer of 2023 . consisting of 7 people . the place is very quiet , cozy. Such a vacation is suitable for families who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle , almost alone with nature. The house is large, very clean . The hostess is very friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, we had a pleasant surprise : the presence of wine in the homemade fridge. And when leaving Leila (the hostess) kindly brought us and fed us in front of the expensive delicious khachapuri. I recommend everyone to choose this accommodation.
