Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Zürich

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Gerlodswil, Switzerland, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa's location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, with a private swimming pool and a balcony offering stunning views, which became our favorite spots during the stay. What stood out the most was how everything was exactly as advertised, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the local amenities. Nadja, the host, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to ensure that our stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Switzerland. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

It was an extremely positive experience staying at Christina's cottage! Christina was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our flight landed late at night, and she made checking in flexible for us, which was convenient. Instructions were clear, and she showed us around the cottage, making us feel at home. She answered all our questions and even went out of her way to drive us from/to the train station when she was able to do so! She is such a kind host and made our stay in her cottage a favorable part of our trip. The amenities in the cottage matched what was listed online. The local area was very peaceful and quiet and had beautiful surroundings. The cottage was within walking distance of Lake Zurich and the train station, which made getting around easy. If I return to this area of Switzerland, I will stay with Christina again. I highly recommend Christina's cottage for travelers visiting this area of Switzerland for a peaceful place to stay while visiting the country!

Thierry’s place was wonderful! We spent 5 full days there and absolutely loved it. It’s in the beautiful countryside about 20 minutes from Zurich city center. Plenty of space and we loved using the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Would absolutely stay there again! One thing to note - do not ask for them to call you a taxi as they charged us 130 Swiss francs when an Uber is only about 40.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,echt toll. Sie hat uns sogar unten am Parkplatz abgeholt. Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen mitten in der Natur. S10 ist in 21 Minuten direkt an der Bahnhofstrasse.

Die Wohnung von Helen ist wirklich schön. Ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Örtchen oberhalb des Zürichsees. Man findet alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem und die Wohnung hat ihren eigenen Charme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We came to Zürich to see Taylor Swift concert, and because of that, finding a place to stay was difficult. We lucked out with this beautiful apartment. The town is so cute and charming; a relaxing break from the concert and city madness. The view was perfect, the beds were comfortable, parking was easy, the grocery store was nearby, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Even the drive to and from Zurich was pretty and relatively easy! We loved visiting the nearby castle and a local restaurant (Althaud). Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful home with an absolutely stunning view and surroundings. Everything was available that we required as a small family. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, geräumig und hell, das Gästezimmer sehr gemütlich. Dana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, der Check-In war problemlos und flexibel nach Absprache möglich. Gute Kommunikation, alle relevanten Dinge zur Unterkunft konnten schnell besprochen und offene Fragen zügig geklärt werden. Wenn in der Zukunft wieder eine Unterkunft in dieser Lage benötigt werden sollte, dann schaue ich gerne wieder bei Dana vorbei.

Tom and Lei's place is amazing. Extremely clean, in a peaceful area in the city, 4 minutes by train to the center. Beautiful terrace and the dogs are just delightful. Tom and Lei were really proactive in their communication before and throughout the stay and they had great local recommendations for us. I recommend this place 100%

I loved Enrique's place. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood that can be reached in 20 minutes by tram from the city center. I stayed for two nights and there was no noise at all, what allowed me to rest after a busy trip. Everything was clean and new. He provided clear instructions concerning both the location of the building and the check-in procedures. It is totally worth the price, especially considering how expensive accomodations in Zurich can be. Definitely would stay again :).

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Zürich chez Simona. Le logement se trouve dans un quartier calme et verdoyant proche du centre ville. L'appartement est très bien décoré et aussi charmant que sur les photos. On s'y sent bien. Simona est très accueillante et réactive. A notre demande, elle nous a conseillé de nombreuses activités à faire à Zürich et aux alentours. Lors de notre prochaine visite à Zürich, nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre contact avec Simona. Notre séjour était impeccable et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Alles war da, was man braucht mit Kindern. Die Betten äußerst bequem!! Die Lage der Wohnung in bester Zürcher Lage!

Lia’s house is full of charm and it has everything you need. Communication with Lia was very fluent . I would definitely recommend.

Ficámos super satisfeitos com este quarto em Zurique! Apesar de ser numa casa partilhada, a host é impecável — super simpática, discreta e quase nem se dá pela presença dela. O espaço é criativo, acolhedor e tem um ambiente muito leve. A localização é excelente para explorar a cidade, e pelo preço é mesmo difícil encontrar melhor em Zurique. Recomendo sem hesitar!

Im Tiny-House kann man völlig zur Ruhe kommen inmitten der Natur. Die Ortschaft eignet sich auch gut zum Wandern. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Im hofeigenen Laden kann man frische Produkte kaufen. Sehr familiäres Ambiente. Das Frühstück wird von den Gastgebern selber zusammengestellt, sehr lecker!

Alles wie beschrieben und wie vorab mit Elisabeth vorher besprochen. Ein gemütliches, alternatives Häuschen mit schönem Blick und Garten. Super um meinen Hund frei laufen zu lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Bei schnem Wetter ist die Outdoor-Dusche super. Wenn es uns mal wieder dort hin verschlägt gerne wieder, um auch den Pool noch mal zu testen. :) Die Kommunikation war schnell, offen und stimmig.

Wunderschöne kleine Blockhütte auf einem Bauernhof. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat uns gleich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Tiere die dort leben, sind alle sehr zahm und die meisten lassen sich streicheln. Das Badezimmer liegt hauptsächlich frei, dementsprechend hat es viele Blätter auf dem Boden, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es ist eben alles Natur pur und abgesehen vom gelegentlichen Fluglärm, war es sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Obwohl es bei uns etwas kühl war, konnten wir bis spät in die Nacht draussen am Feuer sitzen. Das Frühstück war grandios und viel zu viel für zwei Personen. Wir hätten gern mehr gegessen. :) Erholung = 100% Romantik = 100% Weiterempfehlung = 100% Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis irgendwann mal wieder :)

Die Lage, der gepflegte Garten mit Sitzplatz, der direkt See Zugang, der Wintergarten mit Cheminee, die Küche, die Sauna mit Dusche, die Toiletten sind TOP!!! Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer zwar klein, aber komfortabel. Was nicht funktionierte: Whirlpool und Fernseher. Aber für uns war das nicht schlimm. Wir hatten eine sensationelle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
