Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zürich

Very nice stay for a larger group of people. Lovely views and calm / quiet neighborhood. Very easy to access the train into Zurich and elsewhere. Overall a great stay! The only mild inconvenience was the fact that there is only one toilet and one shower, so if staying with a large group, take that into account.

Perfect for a large family visit!

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Super close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into Zurich. Safe and quiet neighborhood. My mother in law ended up having emergency surgery while we were there - the hospital is a 3 minute walk from the house. Thomas and his family were so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. While the vacation did not go as planned, being in such a beautiful space made all the difference! We would love to come and stay at Thomas' home anytime!

Great location! Plenty of space for our large family. Martina and Michael were great with communication and recommendations for things in the area. Bonus, they let my kids pick cherries from their cherry tree. Would stay there again if in the area.

I often visit Zurich, Switzerland for business trips. This time, I stayed at Sylvia’s Airbnb for 5 days and 4 nights for the first time. To sum it up, my team and I found Sylvia’s place to be perfect. If we visit Zurich again in the near future, we will definitely consider staying at her place first. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we could enjoy the peaceful garden and lots of green nature. Every room—including the living room, kitchen, and office—was very clean and well-organized. All the furniture was well-prepared and nothing was missing. The whole house feels like a modern gallery or art museum. During my 4-day stay, I used a rental car, so I didn’t use public transportation from Sylvia’s place. But for me, it was very clear that the house had good parking space, and it was easy and convenient to park there.

Great house, in a nice very green setting, adapted to families, perfectly equipped. Fluid and responsive communication. Only small surprise: a few planes passages some days just above the house.

The stay at Irene's was wonderful all around. You can tell that Irene is a hostess with heart. We were particularly pleased with the loving preparation for our little son: Irene had not only organized a cot, but even provided diapers - so attentive and warm! Such little things make a big difference and show how much she cares about her guests. Everything else was just right – the communication was smooth, the equipment was perfect, and the location was ideal for our needs. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thank you, dear Irene, for everything!

I worked in Zurich for two months and stayed in Tina's studio during that time. The studio has the perfect location, very central and right next to the train station. Very convenient for arrival and to explore other parts of Switzerland. The studio was clean, neat, and well-equipped, even for a longer stay. Tina was very friendly, super quick to respond and helpful - she is the perfect host. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Everything is the best

Loved this place. It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood, but was very walkable. The beds were so comfortable, which was a lifesaver after many days of travel. The place was beautifully furnished, and very clean. I would highly recommend.

Great space, roomy, great responses from host. Spiral staircases might seem daunting, but the elevator can be used to carry luggage to the floor with bedrooms.

Kathrin’s place was wonderful. Truly a great place to stay. They have all amenities needed and are at a great place in the city of Zurich to be close enough to the old town but not too busy in the craziness of the city itself. If you like day trips but want to stay in Zurich, this is a great home base for traveling to the mountains to Grindelwald or Engelberg if you want to do a day trip. Highly recommend!!

A nice quiet residential neighborhood close to transportation. Check-in clear and concise. Lara was very responsive. Bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. The shower stall is small, but otherwise everything was great.

Dayana was a wonderful host that was willing to answer all of our questions. The apartment was extremely clean and we were provided with everything we needed and more for our stay.

Hamid was very kind & thoughtful with our stay! He made sure we were taken care of & truly did everything in his power to help us with anything we asked! He is super friendly and his space was extremely clean! Definitely recommend :)

This apartment is an absolute gem- think boutique art gallery meets cozy European hideaway. Every room is filled with inspiring artwork that made us smile every time we walked in the door. It’s stylish, warm, and just effortlessly cool. The neighborhood- Seefeld. A chic, artisan neighborhood, steps from the lake, cute cafes, and trendy shops. The tram is basically at your doorstep and makes getting around a breeze. Dominik, our host was wonderful. Super responsive, genuinely kind, and a joy to communicate with. He made everything easy. You can tell he really cares about the guest experience. Can’t recommend this stylish and soulful place enough.  Ditto to all the previous reviews.  Nothing is lacking.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location, right by the tram. 10 minutes to the forest, 10 minutes to the city center. Perfect for holidays with a dog and child 👌 Super host, always friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it.

Karin is a great host. She is very friendly, was waiting for us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. On the way she pointed out the grocery stores, bakery and cafés. The apartment is clean with modern appliances and is a perfect size for 2 people. A 24-hour transport ticket allowed us to travel to Zürich by train (15 minute trip) or by ship (20 minute sail -very pleasant). The train also goes directly to the airport without needing to transfer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Yongli’s place. She is a fantastic host, and her apartment is comfortable, clean and in a great location!

A very spacious place, just a 10-minute train ride to the city center/Zurich Main Station and less than a 3-minute walk to supermarkets. Sergio was very responsive to any issues or questions—we got the missing shower gel resolved promptly the next day. Highly recommended!

Our time in Zurich was wonderful and our stay in the apartment was nothing short of brilliant. The apartment offered everything we needed. Most importantly, the location was perfect; close enough to the city that you could walk and far enough that you could hear the birds chirping tenderly in the mornings. There are plenty of options nearby when it comes to public transportation, grocery shopping as well as dining. Erich is a brilliant host right from the get go. He is responsive and always made us feel welcome. In our opinion, Erich definitely rates high as best host when it comes to communicating and hospitality. You will come to this realization for sure when you book a stay at his place.
