Apartment holiday rentals in Zurich

Mateusz was a great host who even picked us up from the train station for the key handover. His tips were very helpful, he was always available and the apartment was very clean, just as described and in a very good location. We would book the apartment again at any time!

Located within easy walking distance of restaurants, the tram, and my sister-in-law's apartment. we easily walked to downtown Zurich. We loved the location – arriving straight from an international flight, the easy check-in was critical. Two front bedrooms face the street (note that the tram starts at 5 a.m.) and one bedroom faces an interior ventilation space. Since we stayed in June, we had the windows open to create a draft but closed them at night for quieter sleeping. There are small fans in each bedroom, too. The mattresses were quite new and comfortable. We did not stay long so did not cook but the kitchen contained everything we needed for coffee, preparing breakfast and snacks, enjoying a glass of wine, etc. The apartment is a few blocks from a supermarket which is well-stocked. There is a big table in the living room - we would also have enjoyed a small couch there, but there are chair seating areas in two of the bedrooms.

Amiel is amazing host, provided very detail instructions that made everything so easy. The flat is gorgeous, very luxury and high tech that made our stay much more enjoyable.

The location is perfect. Walkable to railway station, with tram stop at door step. Excellent view from the patio, with channel and trees surrounding.

We stayed here at the start of our Switzerland trip and it was a great experience, very cozy but easy to get to and walkable to the train and surrounding areas. You’re along the river and can enjoy the views and breeze from the window which was nice. The host was extremely responsive and friendly and check in directions were very clear.

Had a great stay at Noe’s cosy flat, it had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the tram stop and walkable to lots of places. Noe was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!!!

Quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and shops

For a short stay, the accommodation is very suitable and/or if you do not want to cater for yourself. Located in a very quiet and beautiful setting. Not far away is a mountain where you can go for a walk and enjoy a beautiful view of Zurich.

We had a fabulous 5-night stay in this lovely open-plan studio apartment in Zurich. The space was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our trip — with plenty of towels provided and convenient parking right outside. It’s located in a peaceful area, which made it a great place to return to after spending our days exploring the beautiful sights of Switzerland. Our host, Kathrin, was absolutely wonderful — warm, responsive, and very understanding. In our rush to catch a flight, we accidentally left with the keys, but Kathrin was incredibly kind and patient while we sorted it out (we’ve since posted them back!). Great place, exactly as described. We would stay here again in spring, winter, or summer! We happened to have an unusually hot June weekend in Zurich (over 90°F), and for that reason I would maybe pick somewhere with air conditioning in the future during the summer months. It is listed as such in the description, so my own fault! Otherwise a wonderful place, neighborhood, and host.

Dayana was a wonderful host that was willing to answer all of our questions. The apartment was extremely clean and we were provided with everything we needed and more for our stay.

Nice and quiet apartment with beautiful trails nearby and grocery stores that’re at a walkable distance. Ivan & Mauro also setup the travel pack n play crib for our daughter which as pretty helpful. The hosts are very responsive and provided very clear instructions for checking in, parking and checkout making everything easy. Even though they had setup a pedestal fan for us, the apartment got a bit hot and we had to vent out the patio door in the night for it to cool down. Overall it’s a pretty convenient apartment to stay in Zürich.

Joys Apartment is like time traveling, it’s originally 70/80ies but extremely well kept - everything is working perfectly despite being obviously heavily used over the years. It was also extremely clean, never seen auch a clean Airbnb before. There is a bar in the basement but 100% quit. What is not so quit are the neighbors that kept running through the staircase all night. But this can be different for every stay since this is a boarding house. The only downside I can think of is the sometimes slow and somehow random communication with Joy. It was not always easy to get a helpful answer right away. Nevertheless Joy was very nice and let us stay a bit longer on our departure day which helped us a lot. Thank you Joy! Until next time!

The place was so nice and Bruno was very helpful! The rooftop patio is lovely. Horgen is a very cute town and it was so easy to get everywhere as the train was very close.

Very caring hosts. The accommodation is superb, perfectly located in a peaceful village less than ten minutes from a town with all the amenities. Close to Zurich and Lucerne, the place is ideal for hiking, swimming in the lake and many other activities. I highly recommend the Hall 5 restaurant, a real gem, as well as Lake Zug, perfect for swimming and enjoying a splendid view.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It's a beautiful apartment with stunning view and modern interior. Very convenient parking in a garage. Supermarket, kids playgrounds and restaurants in a walking distance. Very peaceful and very quit place.
