Charming (perfectly situated) apartment

The apartment is perfectly located(5 minutes walking to Plaza de Callao, Plaza de España and Gran Via)and has all amenities like restaurants, shopping and attractions(eg Sol, Prado Museum, Royal Palace, Temple de debod).Everything within a 10-25 min walking distance. For the lasy ;-) we offer various subway/bus stations within 3-10 min walking distanc. There are 2 supermarkets just below. Beautiful attic in restored 1910 building. Completely new. Located at opera square and Royal Palace and Plaza de Oriente. Extraordinary views to the historic center Roofs. Its the last floor attic (sixth) and there is no lift so its only for young and/or healthy people.
