The room has garden/mountain views, blinds, curtains, built-in wardrobe, desk/chair, radiators, bedside table with lamp and sockets/TV connection. The accommodation is accessed through the large wooden door at the entrance.

Up to 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and lock on door. Our house where we live too is a spectacular and very large villa with a huge garden. It is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the city yet visit Madrid easily and return to peace and nature. The biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's important to come with a car.

Detached villa with beautiful garden and pool in urbanization with private security in the northwest area of Madrid . The house is super bright, it was renovated less than a year ago. The kitchen is designed with a central island and integrated into the dining room, with a large table. From there you have access to the garden and the pool. On the central floor are the bedrooms. The main room is very spacious, with shower for two people, bathtub and fireplace.

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
