Our barge is perfectly located beetween the new neighborhood of « la confluence » and the historic center of the city «  le vieux Lyon «  15mn walking. The studio 20 m² has been completly renovate to upgrade your confort ; there is a bathroom with shower, usefull kitchen and large bedroom to give you a perfect relaxing time in the wild, very close to the center.

Situé dans le quartier Saint Irénée vous accéderez au centre ville par le bus en 15 minutes ou â la colline de fourvière à pied depuis la maison en 30 mn. The small studio of our house has its private entrance, a room with bed 160x200, a bathroom with shower. Located Saint Irénée area, you can reach the city center and historic city in 15 min. by bus.

Secret Patio of Scize | 24/7 Self Check-in

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

La Campagne à la ville. A seulement 10 min à pied de l'Hotel de ville, perchée sur les hauteurs du Vieux-Lyon, notre maison est un bijou de verdure dans la ville. Un cadre rare et agréable. L'appartement se compose d'un salon / cuisine, d'une chambre et d'une salle de douche. Il offre une belle vue sur la colline de Croix-Rousse. 1 place de parking mise à disposition gratuitement. Mais attention, l'accès le plus direct à la ville ne se fait que par les escaliers à St Paul (cf photo).
