Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 5th arrondissement

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

We had a lovely stay at Axel’s house. The place was super and very clean. Axel was very accommodating and helpful prior to our arrival as well.

The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

Well-equipped accommodation with quality services. Nice little balcony where we could have our meal in the evening with a beautiful view from the 7th floor. Clean and quiet building. Bus 2 steps away to reach the city center. Small snack nearby and neighborhood grocery store (Petit Casino, Cocci Market open 7 days a week)

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious and pleasant with all the comforts you need. We really enjoyed being greeted in person by Antoine. It's rarer with lockboxes. The area is very residential and pleasant. There is a nice view over fourvière. Place Bellecour is within walking distance. We recommend and keep the address.

This is a very nice rooftop apartment for a couple. The terrace has great views. There are bakeries and grocery stores nearby and the public transit is 700m (0.4 miles) away. The host is very responsive. Check in was straightforward. You pick up the key from a nearby cafe. Checkout was complicated by the fact that the cafe staff initially refused to accept the key. It took a bit of convincing before they relented.

Lovely apartment with a great view. Fabrice is a great host. He checked in with us to see how we were doing, and then was very flexible with checkout times.

Jeremie’s place is an amazing place to stay during a visit to Lyon. It is very close to great attractions and delicious food.

The place was clean and well equipped. Loved the private balconies, location is good and surrounded by good restaurants and bakeries. Challenging to access by car, very close to bike and subway station.

We had a very good weekend in Lyon. The residence is quiet. Marie is adorable and very responsive.

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bathroom, made the stay easier.

We had a fantastic stay at Aurélie and Sébastien’s apartment! The unit is very clean and comes with everything you could possibly need. The location is close to the metro and right next door to a grocery store. You can easily access Lyon by car, bus or metro. The private parking was ideal, fitting our larger SUV in the garage without difficulty. Both Aurélie and Sébastien were very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans, to help with the heat in the middle of summer, extra pillows and umbrella’s for a day where there was a thunderstorm expected. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for going above and beyond! We highly recommend them.

We enjoyed our stay at Franck’s place. It was clean, comfortable, with a terrace. Lovely. Good location. Franck was super helpful to us. His recommendations were wonderful. The only point I would make is that it was not clear to us that there was only one toilet. There are two shower bathrooms , but only one toilet.
