Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.

Apartment in the very lively Cours Julien area

Being often on the go, I rent my 45 m2 apartment (2 people) on Cours Julien, a district renowned for its lively life, street art, designer boutiques, restaurants and bars. Metro station at the foot of the building. A 10-minute walk to the old port. This neighborhood is very lively during the day and in the evening: Marseillais and tourists gather there to party. Recommended for people who like entertainment🥳!

Ideally located a few steps from Place Castellane, my apartment was fully renovated in 2022. It can accommodate up to 4 people. On the 3rd floor without elevator access, it includes a beautiful living room with its open equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet. Great apartment for a stay for families or groups of friends!
