Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Perfect for getting to Groupama Stadium or LDLC Arena. 15-20 minute walk in quiet area. The apartment is perfect for a night with convenient parking space. Small downside for light in the morning, no blackout curtain on the small window on the bedroom side. So sensitive to light to sleep, we wake up to the sun. And no soap for the shower. Exceptional Stay in a beautiful, quiet setting The accommodation is very clean, with all the amenities needed. Sylvie welcomed us like royalty and advised us on outings and other things to do. A real plus! Thanks for everything!!

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

We had a very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated and particularly well-equipped accommodation. The environment is very quiet and allows you to recharge after the days of visiting the city. The bus is 50 meters away and allows you to reach the center of Lyon either directly or by transiting by metro. Communication with the host is excellent and the guide to activities to do and restaurants to discover that he has made is very useful. In short, if you want to spend a few days in Lyon, book this accommodation and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent! Very nice apartment, well decorated, with high quality amenities. It was a furnace outside, but the apartment was very cool, which is really a plus. Ideal for a couple with a small child like us, because it is easy to reach from Part Dieu train station. Close to two beautiful parks with children's playgrounds, convenience stores, bakeries and restaurants. Super responsive host. A great stay, thank you.

A really nice place with great hosts! Although a bit small, the place has everything you need for a stay! I was surprised to see a laundry machine. There is a coffee machine with some sweets and tea, a smart TV, really fast WiFi, hair dryer, iron, everything!

Philippe’s place was extremely convenient. It’s within walking distance of the Metro, and a short ride to the heart of Lyon. The apartment is extremely clean and has a well-stocked kitchen and clean bathroom. We cooked a full meal for a family of four in the kitchen with no problem! Also, Philippe and his family were extremely welcoming and kind and helped us figure out how to get around in Lyon and showed us all the relevant features of the apartment. I would definitely stay with Philippe again!

Ideal for a short - medium stay. close to shops and the market 3 times a week. no difficulty parking in the street, quiet, well-equipped (MAL). Denis was very welcoming and gave good advice. Access to the shopping center is easy.

Apartment as described very well located (close to the metro) on a well endowed street with food shops in particular. We were able to enjoy the terrace which is a real plus when the weather is nice. I recommend it.

Second stay in this apartment and everything was perfect again,the self check-in,the private and secure parking space at the foot of the accommodation is always very convenient. The place is peaceful and cozy and, above all, very well equipped. Cleanliness is irreproachable. Hygiene products,coffee,tea,jams are a very nice plus. The decor is without fail and the bedding perfect as well as the responsiveness of the hosts. Very quickly for a new stay!

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.
