The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

60 meters from the Rhône quays – Rare gem

Bye bye public transport, you'll only need your sneakers to visit Lyon's tourist center. Studio, on the top floor with elevator in a building of character 4 minutes from the Foch metro station and 20 minutes from the Part Dieu train station. Close to the Presqu'île, the Opéra, close to Parc Tête d'Or, Vieux Lyon, Les Halles de Bocuse. The studio, located in the very chic and quiet area of Lyon, is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
