The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

A design haven, calm and brightness in THE center

2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1,5 bathrooms. Nice view. 5 ☆ location. Quiet apartment renovated (marble, Hungary type wood floor, stones and exposed beams) in the heart of the city : the "Presqu'île". Shops, markets and restaurants next door. Very spacious and bright, in an old building of character secured by double digicode, on the 4th floor with elevator. Lateral view of the "Place des Jacobins". Near all means of transport, places to visit. Optional parking 20 € / overnight stay.

La Bâtie - La Loge

La loge est un appartement penthouse, rooftop aux prestations haut de gamme. Vous pourrez profiter de 60m2 pour 3 personnes maximum (le troisième couchage est un appoint, canapé lit 1 personne de chez Maison du Monde). La loge est la parfaite alliance du confort et de la tradition: charpente apparente, climatisation, fibre optique et bouquet de chaînes TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, décoration choisie, exposition d’œuvres d’art, terrasse, balcon, parking privé en supplément.

900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. For 2 persons only, parties strictly forbiden.

Welcome to our home, you're at home! Charming 67 m2 apartment, bright, on the 8th floor in an extremely quiet residence. Triple exposure, stunning views of the Basilica of Fourvière and the Monts du Lyonnais. Opposite the Gallo-Roman Theatre, 2-minute walk to the Fourvière funicular, 10-minute walk to the Saint Jean district (historic center). Very easy to park for free, max 400 m from the apartment, spaces always available. In summer the apartment is cool and airy.

C'est un plaisir de vous accueillir dans notre charmant cocon. Cet appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous ! D'une capacité de 4 personnes, dont un coin nuit en duplex, il fait 42 mètres carrés. Machine Nespresso, et Wifi sont inclus ainsi, que les draps et serviettes.
