Lovely cottage, located on a closed natural plot. It is only 300 m on foot to Limfjorden and 20 km to the big city of Aalborg. The house has both a covered terrace to the north and a large south-facing wooden terrace that is completely undisturbed. On the property there is also a campfire area, so you can enjoy baking s'mores, etc. If you are up for a trip to a wilderness bath, you also have the opportunity to do so. The house has lightning-fast fiber broadband, many TV channels as well as books, board games, toys and an X-box + Playstation with games.

Take a trip to Blokhus (7 km) with shops, restaurants, swimming pool. Svinkløv bathing hotel is also worth a visit. Cozy cottage of 60 m2 by Hals. Short walking distance to the beach and Hals town. Bordering on open space (forest) and very close to a beautiful golf course. There are beautiful hiking trails along the water. The house is sunny and has a large garden. There is a gas grill, garden furniture, sandbox, swing rack and various toys and games available. The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Chromecast. There's fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Cottage 40 m2, North Jutland

Small cottage (40 square meters) in a quiet setting. Unique nature and good swimming beach. Located north of the town of Hals, close to Kattegat. Built as a guest cottage for the neighboring house. The cottage has 500 sqm of separate area in wild nature. Room for 2 people, but there is the possibility of extra bedding. There are 2 bicycles available for free. Free parking. Electric cars cannot be charged. Can possibly be combined with stays in our apartment in Aalborg, see link under 'other things to note'

This spacious cottage is located in scenic surroundings 200m from the North Sea. Here is a west-facing terrace overlooking the water and protected heather hills and two other terraces, so there is the possibility of shade and sun. The house consists of a house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, spa and sauna + space for four overnight guests. In the annex there are four beds and thus ideal for two families or two/three generations. Note: You must bring your own bed linen and towels

I stuen er der god mulighed for at alle kan hygge sig, om aftenen. Huset har store terrasseområder med flere udgange fra huset og en udendørs sauna. Det ligger kun ca. 3 minutter fra den hyggelige havneby Hals og ca. 5 minutter fra stranden, der er kendt for den gode badestrand. Stor privat have, med en sjov legeplads samt fodboldmål.

Hytte tilbagetrukket fra øvrig beboelse. Udsigt over mark og mose med gårute. Geder og kaniner lige udenfor døren. Ét rum i hytten. Eget Badeværelse i anden bygning ca. 35 m. Fra hytte. Hytten har 1 vindue der kan åbnes. Der kan blive lidt lummert en varm dag. 1 seng 140cm 1 sovesofa 120cm Køleskab, elkedel & service i hytten. Der er købmand med lækre sandwich/tapas, rundstykker mv. ca. 700m. Hytten kan ikke låses Der er ikke varmekilde i hytten.

Summer house at Svanemølleparken

Feel the real atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old cottage. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping such as SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the cottage.
