Ikke langt fra indkøb, Aalborg centrum og let til motorvej. Suverænt til det lette behov. Nyt bad/toilet fra april 2026. Annekset ligger i haven. Der er sofa, spisebord med stole, internet og lækker kontinental dobbeltseng samt et klædeskab. Udenfor annekset er en lille terrasse med bord og stole. Der er elkedel og mikroovn så man lige kan lave lidt mad. Anneks er fra 2021 og toilet/bad 2026. Jeg er meget fleksibel så mangler I noget, så finder vi ud af det.

Havemøbler samt lille grill med kul i baghaven, hvor annekset ligger, må benyttes.

Der er et lille trin ind i boligen både fra haven og parkering. Især om sommeren kan forekomme let støj fra andre haver og ligeledes kan der forekomme musik fra byen ved udendørs koncerter ..
