The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. My place is close to the town center of Wasseralfingen. A bakery, butcher, supermarket and bank are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-kept 3-family house and offers about 85 square meters to feel good. The region is ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling and relaxing and is especially attractive for families. Therefore, the apartment is child-friendly and can be handed over with a high chair and baby travel bed on request.

Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
