All the indoor details have been cared for and a rarely stylish and atmospheric interior design has been carried out in the small simple house from 1978. It pours in with sun from the large green garden with both south- and west-facing terraces and there is only 100 meters walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the slope to the sea.

SUSET is a COZY summerhouse ml. the hills and the water on a small peaceful summerhouse area 2 km from Femmøller stand, where there is a GROCERY STORE with a large product range🌹 Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely secluded. Meals can be consumed both on the Porch and in the backyard. The gas grill is close to the house, and there is a grill table where the food can be prepared.😊

Lovely house by Dyngby beach with large outdoor spa

Cozy family cottage with outdoor spa and only 100 meters from lovely sandy beach. In the house there are 4 rooms and room for 8 + 1 child + 1 weekend bed for small children. The cottage is located by one of Denmark's best and child-friendly bathing beach. Untidy garden with room for relaxation, play, and barbecue evenings. Lovely covered terrace. There is a swing stand + sandbox in the garden. Walking distance to Denmark's oldest mini golf course. 1 km bike/walk distance to pizza, ice cream stalls and bakery at saksild camping site

Retro summerhouse at Femmøller Strand, Mols Bjerge

The small cottage from 1940 and with an extension from 1978, is centrally located at Femmøller Strand. Close to the beach (300 m), Mols Bjerge (500 m), Kalø (8 km) and Ebeltoft (6 km). There is a wood-burning stove and electric heating, but warm clothes are recommended. Public transportation goes right to the door (75 m) Price 700, - is for 4 pers. per night. + cleaning 500 kr. Electricity is charged at 3.50 DKK per KW according to schedule in the house. Firewood can be purchased at 50, - per bag.

Annex to Sunshine Lake Samsø

Our annex consists of bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with soda. There is a double bed, dining area, and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and stove. (No hob) Free coffee/tea is available. There is a terrace door next to a private tiled terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Car/bicycles can be parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is located 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several restaurants nearby. The annex is adjacent to a green area.

Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

Udenfor er der en stor terrasse med læ og sol/lys fra morgen til aften. Huset ligger i tætbevokset, hyggeligt sommerhusområde. Perfekt til 3 generationer, eller to vennepar m. børn

Dejlig ny renoveret staldbygning med synlig bjælker og højt til loftet. Et stor køkken alrum med pizzaovn, stor spisebord,sofa gruppe, fodboldbord og dobbeltseng. Stor hems med 2 enkelt senge. Dejligt nyt badeværeske med brus. Udgang til stor træ terrasse med fantastisk udsigt, her er mulighed for at grille og nyde en tur i vildmarksbadet. Belligende få km. til indkøb og badesø, samt tæt på skov. Kort afstand til Århus og Silkeborg, offentlig transport hertil fra Låsby hver time.

Beachfront cottage

Hyggeligt sommerhus 100m fra vandet. Dejlig børnevenlig sandstrand med badebro og bro til krabbefangst. Sommerhuset danner den perfekte ramme for afslappende dage i den lukkede have med store terrasser, udendørsbruser, gyngestativ og bålplads. Huset rummer et stort soveværelse, børneværelse med køjeseng og anneks med dobbeltseng. Tæt på Mols, Ebeltoft, Aarhus, Djurssommerland mm. Lejer er selv ansvarlig for rengøring og skal medbringe eget sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker m.m.
