This beautiful 4 season cottage is directly on the water. In the summer, you can enjoy over 100kms of navigable water for fishing and water sports. In the winter, there is plenty of snowmobile trails nearby. The cottage is located 10 mins from the Little Beaver hiking trail for breathtaking views. This secluded getaway offers plenty of space to enjoy your favourite outdoor activities. Conveniently close to local grocery store, SAQ and gas station.

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

Cottage near Amos

Pleasant cottage, open plan, very well lit by the windows. The lakeshore is private across the width of the property. There is a pleasant little adjacent terrace. It is a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, as it comes mainly from underground sources. No motorized boats (gasoline). Private land, with lots of trees. Campfire area. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.

3 1/2 in semi-basement with private entrance, standard car parking (only necessary in winter) and separate bedroom. Ideally located 5 min walk to downtown and the bike path around Lake Osisko. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, toiletries and laundry in the bathroom. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk away. A futon and bedding are available for troubleshooting.
