"L'albero delle noci" Cottage

My place is 10' from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 40' from the Majella and Abruzzo National Parks; 5' from the Eucharistic Miracle. Charming little house surrounded by nature and 5' from the center of Lanciano; surrounded by garden and parking; completely independent, with living room (if applicable) kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children). Tourist tax to be paid on site (€ 1 per person for the first 2 nights).

Lovely mountain house

Lovely mountain house, thoughtfully furnished. It consists of a kitchen with table, chairs and fireplace, a living room with a sofa and television, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a lovely window overlooking the historic center, two bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with washing machine. The house is equipped with a methane system so hot water is always available and in winter the environment is hot.

The studio is in the historic center, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Duomo and the main street. Nearby is the University's Department of Human Sciences and the GSSI, alongside the city's Villa Comunale, and a little further away is the Collemaggio park with its majestic Basilica. Also close to the "Lorenzo Natali Bus Terminal". The place is self-contained and on one level; quiet and with the possibility of free parking along the street near the studio.

As an accompaniment, you can take the two house dogs, Aurelia and Ferdinand.

Casa Norina is a historic country house in the beautiful Abruzzo, in an absolute secluded location among the olive groves. We have now offered the apartment next to the main house since 2014. Like there, a lot of emphasis has been placed on authentic matrials here. A small jewel for 2 adults and 2 children. The associated garden with over 8000 sqm and the pool are available to our guests.
