Rafael and his wife are super attentive, they were flexible with the arrival and the apartment is quite cozy and has everything you need for the stay. A big plus is the parking space they have. The center of Oviedo is easily accessible on foot. Very close to the house there is a shopping center that if you need anything is a step away. Without a doubt, if I return to Oviedo or the surrounding area, I will repeat the accommodation!

I had a wonderful stay in Jonás's beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and couch, a great shower, fast internet and new appliances. The location is right in the heart of everything- situated in a beautiful, lively square with tons of restaurants, bars, and cafés just outside the door, the central market only steps away, and the best bakery right downstairs! It's also very close to Oviedo's gorgeous city park and an easy walk to the train and bus stations for day trips around Asturias. Jonás was a friendly and responsive host who went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. All in all, a perfect base for my month in Oviedo.

The apartment is very quiet, and is very well located, close to the main tourist attractions of Oviedo (Catedral, Plaza de la Constitución, El Fontán, etc.), as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The district was extremely clean and well organized, excellent Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, microwave and coffee maker. Communication with the host was always great! He was always ready to assist with any questions, responding promptly to messages. For bonuses, the apartment has a beautiful view of Mount Naranco. I would definitely recommend and get back to staying!
