Monthly Rentals in Washington

A great option in Dupont Circle for short or longer stays! I enjoyed having a kitchen, quite and secure location and a professional host. It was wonderful to have a refrigerator, microwave and full oven, as well as kitchen supplies, in a room/studio set-up. It was a spacious, light-filled room. I thought the value was excellent for the accommodations and location.

Great place for long-term stays. Easy drive (or metro) to downtown, and in a walkable neighborhood. Full kitchen including full-size fridge, plus a washer and dryer. Tom was friendly and provided great communication. Everything was clean and the access to laundry was super helpful. I would stay there again!

An unbeatable location, so close to the metro and anything you could need! I always felt extremely safe in this area even at night. Each nook and cranny of the apartment is smartly utilized for storage and the kitchen is completely stocked with any cooking supplies you could want! The only thing to note is that you can definitely hear your neighbors on all sides of you, so if you require lots of quiet, this may not be the spot for you. With that being said, it is still quite peaceful with the occasional noise from your neighbors.
