We had a wonderful stay at Carla & Shannon’s place. Everything was neat and in order. The check in was super easy & flexible. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and walked around the town. They’re both very quick to reply back & we had a chance to talk with Shannon in person & she was super sweet.

Amazing little spot! Right in the heart of things with everything you could possibly need. What a place to be... Carla and Shannon were so helpful and the area was just gorgeous.

Jacqueline’s place was lovely. There were many thoughtful touches such as blueberry muffins upon our arrival and numerous toiletries available for our use. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire place in good order. We visit this area regularly and will happily stay here again!

Our stay at The Artist Apartment was perfect! Robert and Judy were friendly and welcoming and the apartment was spacious and immaculate. The kitchen was very well equipped and the toiletries, linens and bedding were plentiful and high quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Wachapreague!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! Great house on a quiet marsh. The morning sunrises were beautiful, loved being able to use the kayaks to paddle to the ocean, and great bird watching. Would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay on Smith Island. Gretchen was super helpful with advice and everyone was so nice! We are already talking about going again someday soon.

For the third time, we had a wonderful stay at this historical home. I spent most of my time on the porch enjoying the sunshine and the marsh with the lighthouse. I love sleeping and being able to see the sunrise right from the bedroom window. The house is well equipped and when we needed help there was swift response. I always enjoy going out back to see the chickens, goats, and geese. I’m really feeling this place is my home away from home.

Our family had such a fun and relaxing weekend getaway! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short drive away, which made it easy to spend the day by the ocean and come back to unwind. It was the perfect little escape—we’re so glad we found this place!

We loved watching the sunset and the dolphins from the beautiful private dock. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. The beds were comfortable and the house was adorable. Chincoteague is super cute with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and natural beauty.

The place was so beautiful! The surroundings were amazing and the winery was right next door! Beautiful view when you approach the home and when you walk right outside! The home was very clean and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and just felt right at home. Highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back! We loved our stay in Captain’s Cove! Nick was a very responsive host with wonderful local suggestions. Do be aware that there is really not much in the way of gas stations, grocery stores or restaurants in the immediate area. We knew that going in, though, and it wasn’t an issue for us. Just know you will need to drive a bit or prepare with those items on your way in (which Nick told us in advance as well!) The view is beautiful! The Airbnb is exactly as pictured. It was very quiet as well. Loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this location was amazing. Very beachy vibes and great location to walk or bike to any place on the island. The home was a perfect fit for myself and my children. Will be booking this place again in the future.

A beautiful and spacious condo for our family to ring in the new year. Plenty of space for the three of us and our pups. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect since we were visiting in the off season and spent most meals in the condo. We would definitely visit again.

This was our first visit to Chincoteague, and it did not disappoint! The condo looked just like the listing and had beautiful views. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, all well within walking distance. There was a hiccup with the door code when we arrived, but seaside has an after hours phone service that took care of everything. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Chincoteague and would recommend to friends.

Our first time to Chincoteague Island and it was very beautiful and peaceful! In the off season, it's a great place to go for a relaxing getaway. We rented a Moke and drove around the island including Assateague Island which was lots of fun. The unit had beautiful views of the sunset and was in walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to other restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed.

Seaside made our weekend trip to Chincoteague a breeze! Our unit came prepared with the essentials (tp, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, koozies) but you should definitely bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The view of the lighthouse made us feel like locals. Location was about a 5 minute drive to a grocery store, gas station, and local restaurants and 12-15 minutes from Assateague beach. Only downside- lots of mosquitoes but that’s not their fault. Definitely bring bug spray, but if you want fresh air- they have screened doors and windows.

This condo was beyond my expectations. Lovely views and very close to restaurants. Lobby area very inviting! condo was clean and everything we could possibly need.
