Monthly Rentals in Achada Fazenda

The place was spacious, way larger than the photos present. It was a lovely surprise. The house, community and host welcomed us as if we were family. The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, peaceful, safe, beautiful, with a beach up the road. There are restaurants around and stores walking distance. We are very lucky and grateful to have found this place and definitely recommend!

Initially I was supposed to stay with my father for only 3 days but I, personally ended up staying additional 2 days. Jorge, Sofia's father was super helpful by helping with the check-in, the comute to the city center and Praia, provided very good restaurante recommendation. Sofia during these days despite of the distance was always very communicative. Lovely family, loverly house, lovely moment. I totally recommend this house for someone that is looking for peace and quiet.

"Beautiful place with warm hospitality!" The apartment is beautiful and in the middle of the action – perfect for taking great excursions from there. Our host was incredibly warm and attentive. Already upon arrival we were welcomed with drinks in the fridge. She and her daughter took the time to shop with us and show us the best shopping. Throughout our stay, they were always available to help us and were very helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome – absolutely recommended!

This is the best house I've ever stayed in on Airbnb.The listing and the host's description are exactly the same, almost all places are clean as new, no mosquitoes found.The air conditioning works normally, the microwave is Samsung, and it is also equipped with a capsule coffee machine (but you need to buy capsules yourself).The surrounding environment of the house is good, not far from the supermarket and small restaurants, and it is 200 escudos to the city center by taxi.In short, I rested very well these three days.
