In a small and quite building,without an elevator,there is a cozy,full renovated attic,at the 3rd floor.The attic consists of 2 rooms(30sm) &has enclosed terrace. To enter the main room,you have to go through a small door that reminds of entering Hobbit's house.The height of the door is 1.30m. For someone who can't bend down,maybe they should reconsider staying in our house.Neighborhood is very vivid,at the foothills of Patras' Roman Castle,a 5 minute walk from city center,port,bus station,etc.

Wonderful unlimited view of Palamidi castle and the church of Evangelistria. It is bright and angular and has 2 balconies (large on the Main Street) with awnings. Because of its south-east orientation it is bioclimatic, that is particularly cool in the summer while it is warm in the winter. The circulation of the air in the apartment gives you a healthy natural cool sensation , when the doors of the balconies are open. There is air condition in the salon and fans in the bedrooms.
