Chic Maisonette in the Heart of Athens

This newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat is set on the 5th and 6th floor of the building with views of Athens rooftops! It is located in the hip Koukaki area where there is an array of restaurants, bars, cafes and all local amenities like supermarkets, organic shop, dry cleaner, flower shop, trains and bus stops. It is a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-15 minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping. On the 5th floor: LIVING ROOM: Double living room with a large comfortable sofa, and 4 armchairs, built in plasma TV and fireplace. The large windows open to a big veranda with two armchairs, bench and small coffee tables. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher, accessories and cutlery. Off the kitchen is the breakfast room with a table and 4 chairs. This room also opens up to a small veranda. GUEST WC: This is the 3rd WC in the flat and is convenient when the house is full. On the 6th floor MASTER SUITE: The master bedroom has plenty of storage and cupboards. It has a large shower room with a big counter top to place cosmetics etc. The master bedroom opens up to a small veranda. The double bed is very comfortable and a bedside table on each side together with built in reading lights. All linen is kept in the cupboards in case guests need additional towels or sheets. GUEST ROOM 1: The 1st guest room has a comfortable double bed, lots of storage space and opens up to a veranda which is shared with the 3rd guest room. GUEST ROOM 2: The second guest room is ideal for children as it has 2 single bunkbeds and a baby cot. The bunk beds dimensions are 90x190cm and the cot bed is 120x60cm. There is also a small built in desk area, cupboards and a few children’s books. This room also opens up to a balcony. SHOWER ROOM: The two guest rooms share this bathroom. It has a sink, toilet and built in shower. LAUNDRY ROOM: In this small room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and plenty of cleaning materials. BOILER ROOM: Also used a small storage area for drying racks, mops etc. Full access to the hall area of the apartment. The home is only a five-minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping. Around the area, there is an array of restaurants, bars, cafes and all local amenities like supermarkets, trains, and bus stops. Train, bus Quite enviroment in the building.
