Place is located in a great location with an awesome view over the mountains. Host very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to stay and will definitely be coming back.

We were family of 4, by mistake I booked 1 day before what I need, Laith he shifted my booking to next day, showing the truth Arab Omani hospitality. My family fall in love with the small details, if I start list won’t finish. If you plan to visit the different village around nizwa then location is perfect, if wonna escape for a retreat it’s the place for peaceful mind. The outside kitchen well equipped for cooking and grilling over looking The swimming pool next the shower and a swing for the kids. Next we shall stay longer. I can only say thanks to Laith not only not for his hospitality but for creating such a beautiful place and make available for others to stay at.

The house and the outside are very beautiful and allow for a comfortable stay. It takes about fifteen minutes from nizwa center but close to shopping malls I'll be back!

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

Nestled amongst the beautiful mountains it’s a perfect place for a family getaway. The host Humaid is extremely friendly and courteous. He took us out to some great locations nearby and also helped with the barbecue. Will definitely go back again.

The accommodation is in a stunning location with a beautiful view. We stayed for just one night, but I can easily imagine spending two weeks here, combining remote work with exploring the surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we could order dinner from the host – it was delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and every room had a great view.

My family of 4 and I stayed at Omar's place for 2 nights and upon arrival, we were greeted by the clean and spacious house. The master bedroom was in top condition with amenities as described. The other room with 3 single beds was spacious enough for us to move around, iron our clothes. The washrooms were spotless. The kitchen has all the amenities as described. 5 minute walk would get you to row of shops with restaurants and supermarkets. This place is highly recommended!

The place is clean and as the description. Definitely recommend Saleh is a super nice host who showed us around the area in his car and could have picked us up downstairs by arrangement, as we do not have a four-wheel drive vehicle. But he was able to drive us back down.

The hosts are welcoming and friendly.The location of the house is very good, just across the road from Nizwa Castle, there is a restaurant just two minutes away, you can eat camel and lamb! Recommended!

Very beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was very helpful. Note that you do need a 4x4 car to pass the police checkpoint to go up the mountain to get to the place, road is safe.
