House holiday rentals in Ada Bojana

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Our stay at Anja's home was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly positioned near the top of a hill with a dramatic sea view - it's a wonderful place to sit and relax, have drinks and eat. From the house, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and to the beach...and there are a variety of beaches you can visit without having to drive. The house is very comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus - it was great to be able to have a quick dip there or relax poolside. The neighbours are friendly and we felt we had a really authentic experience in Ulcinj. In addition, Anja was extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants, sights and beaches -- even to the point of making a couple of reservations for us. She made herself extremely available and was always in rapid contact if we had any questions. Anja's home was a real find and made our trip to Ulcinj perfect.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

A wonderful host, amazing Villa & peaceful view. The house was incredibly clean and had all the amenities for long term use. It’s impossible to wake up to the Adriatic Sea view everyday and not be peaceful. The host was a text message away for any assistance which made our girls trip an unforgettable experience 😊.

We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

Nard and his family were always very friendly and helpful. If you had any questions or concerns, they were always immediately available. The place was also in a new and clean condition.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

This place was superbly situated, off the russian street. The host is a great person, willing to help at any time, despite the fact that he was not in Ulcinj, responded promptly to all requests, communicated with acquaintances, and was willing to help you with the cimkolvek. The place met our expectations, we highly recommend it!

The house is excellent, spacious, and very well equipped. The price is justified by the quality and everything it offers. The location is also great. Highly recommended.

All the amenities were a little older, but since we're a category that doesn't like luxury, it was absolutely fine for us. Plus, the location is great and we hiked some beautiful beaches with a paddleboard. Nice parking space in front of the terrace, in the shade under the vines that we could freely consume. We definitely recommend it for us.

A wonderful place with a breathtaking view of the sea, complete peace, and total privacy. We were truly happy in Amel’s house – it was a perfect holiday. Both the location and the house are beautifully arranged. Communication with Amel was always excellent; he was always ready to help with anything we needed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

We were 5 people and had an amazing stay at Bardhs place! The house is on the same land as their family restaurant so on the weekend there might be some more people around. In the restaurant you can have the best food. Bardhs family also has their own garden with fresh fruits and veggies and they gave us super delicious melons. One should know that sometimes no water comes out of the pipes/flush but besides that everything was great. You feel very comfortable and welcome :)

Very pleasant stay, very clean in the house, easy contact with the owners, all things done on hand, 10 minutes walk to the beach or cliff, where you can watch the sunsets. Hosts greeted us with local fruit, arrived by car at the airport for an additional fee. We recommend trying grilled fish with Jamie Oliver's friend! Highly recommended!

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

Azra is a wonderful host and we had such a wonderful stay! Perfect location, walking distance to shops, beach, water park etc and very affordable. I will 100% be returning again next year 🥰
