Mochas place was excellent for out stay. It is very clean and has all the amenities you need. The apartment was very cozy and it was very close to the train station. Mocha was very responsive and helpful when I had inquiries. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tokyo. The place was very neat and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Oji Station—making it super convenient to get around the city. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I didn’t encounter any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay in Tokyo!

I had a very smooth experience with Section L. Everything was as expected - convenient location, clean room with everything I needed, friendly and helpful reception.

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.

This was a nice and cozy place that I could relax in while resting in between excursions out around Tokyo. Emiko was friendly, informed me of things ahead of time and took care of anything came up promptly. I would love to return and spend more time here.

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! I had a wonderful stay at Wing's place during my first trip to Tokyo. Her apartment felt like a true home away from home, with thoughtful touches like pens and paper, hand cream, facial cleansers, and a washing machine with detergent. The balcony for drying clothes was a bonus. I appreciated Wing's later check-in and check-out times, which were more flexible than other Airbnbs, and the self-locking keypad was so convenient and safe! The Komagome Line station is about a 15-minute walk away and very convenient, even though it can be busy during rush hour. There’s also an eki stamp at the main station if you collect them. The neighborhood is safe, charming, and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants for non-vegans and a few vegan-friendly options nearby (one restaurant and lots of convenience stores). Wing was kind, patient, and answered all my questions. I had a fabulous time and was genuinely sad to leave, but would happily return. Highly recommend—thank you, Wing!

I enjoyed my stay at Yuka and Han's house. They were always friendly and supportive. The location is peaceful and I also recommend the Sushi restaurant nearby - Kita-san is a great man and cook.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

I would 100% stay at Lynn’s again. Lynn is the host that truly goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcome immediately. While the house is not in Tokyo center, it is close to all modes of transportation making it easy to get pretty much anywhere! This stay was one of our favorites by far! (Don’t be afraid of the warnings of the loud trains, the double pain windows helped so much and Lynn provided ear plugs if you needed them!) We loved it!

It was very nice yall ! This was my first time abroad and they really made it easy with all the instructions they had. The location was really nice as well it was very close to a station and shops and a shopping mall yet the area of the house was quiet. The pictures match everything and the host responded very fast to any question I had.

Hiro-san is a very responsive and kind host! He was able to be flexible to meet our group’s needs and meet with us during the check-in and check-out periods. The home itself was able to just fit five people with little issues. Located within a relatively short walk from two local train stations, the home is accessible to get to any part of Tokyo (with some transit transfers of course). Overall I would highly recommend this location and Hiro-san as a host!

This is our second time staying at Shu/Zen House, and once again, it truly feels like a home away from home! Everything was just as great as before. The space is much more generous than a hotel room, and it’s conveniently located near great food spots and a nice supermarket. The host is, as always, very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely make this our top choice whenever we visit Tokyo!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
