Our guest apartment was renovated in January 2025. Abtsgmünd is located on Federal Highway 19 in the Kocher Valley between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

In the evening just sit down by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry sky without much residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the fixed and seminar house barn next door.

Die neu sanierte, 94 qm große City-Wohnung, mit großer Wohnküche, Spülmaschine und Tageslichtbad, befindet sich im Hochparterre unseres schönen 2-Familienhauses, das in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit eigenen Stellplätzen mitten in Heubach liegt. Auf dem möblierten Balkon kann man den Tag mit einem Frühstück starten oder gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, Eisdiele, Metzgerei und 2 Bäckereien mit Frühstücksangebot sind in nur 1-2 min zu erreichen. Auch Monteure sind willkommen.

Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.
