Beachfront holiday rentals in Adjara

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Жилье полностью соответствует фото. Все очень понравилось, теперь это одно из любимых мест, куда хочется приезжать еще!!! Балкон с видом на море, просто одно наслаждение, где мы проводили вечера с бокальчиком вина. Месторасположение корпуса тоже очень понравилось, все развлечения близко, но в тоже время тихо, не мешает музыка с ресторанов и бассейна, что было очень важно при отдыхе с маленьким ребенком!

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

Artur is a great host , Everything was clear and he had videos for explaining . He helped me for also the parking I will recommend his flat to my friends.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Все очень понравилось! Переживали что это все таки орби волна и может быть шумно или долго ждать лифт - ничего подобного. Было комфортно, тихо, шумоизоляция хорошая, на лифт нет очередей, расположение супер! В кв все чисто, очень уютно, супер удобная кровать, матрац, подушки, просто лег и сразу уснул. Куча всяких светильничков атмосферных, красивая посуда. Техника вся работала исправно. Чистые полотенца, вид шикарный, рядом есть магазины и 3 мин до пляжа. Прямо напротив большой Молл. То что есть Netflix прям супер, советую сериал «Сирены» глянуть)) Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, расписала супер подробно как заселиться. Заселение и выселение самостоятельное. Даже разрешила нам побыть в номере подольше в день выселения, чтобы мы не таскались с чемоданами на жаре. Рекомендую!! И обязательно если приедем ещё раз арендуем эту кв ♥️

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Замечательные апартаменты ! Удобная кровать, есть вся необходимая техника, хороший клининг, удобнейшая локация (перед вами парк и пляж, а в низу бассейн, ресторан, рядом кафе для завтраков). Нас заселили на 3! часа раньше положенного времени, за что огромная благодарность ❤️ Обязательно вернемся !

Gita and her colleagues extremely responsive. Helped us with any issues we had. The hob did not work, so handyman came straight away and sorted everything. Place is a dream stay, my gf loved it so much;) balcony is good for small sunny breakfast. Also, they are very attentive and give extra for the money, which is always appreciated.

It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Batumi’s main attractions while having a quiet, cozy place to relax. Highly recommended! She welcomed us with delicious baklava and a bottle of homemade Georgian wine, produced by her brother — a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home.

Квартира чудесная! Светлая, просторная, уютная, есть все необходимое. Находится в пешей доступности от моря, рядом с тц Гранд Молл. Рядом есть кафе, продуктовые и хозяйственные магазины. Уезжать не хотелось. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда!) The apartment is wonderful! Bright, spacious, cozy, has everything you need. Located within walking distance from the sea, next to the Grand Mall shopping center. There are cafes, grocery and hardware stores nearby. I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely meet you here!)

Це чудова квартира з гарною локацією, дуже тихо ви не чуєте сусідів і немає черги на ліфт) В центр ви можете дійти набережною або на таксі) В будинку є цілодобовий магазин та пару класних ресторанів sea view та mars burger там супер смачно) В квартирі гарний балкон з видом на набережну та море) Також є всі зручності, чисто і просто чудово) Для одного чи двох це ідеально на long stay так і short stay. Анна чудова відповідала на всі питання і загалом була милою) Рекомендую це місце і дуже б хотіла повернутись)

Wow!! We couldn’t recommend highly enough Tatiana’s beautiful house literally right on the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean, you had everything you needed and the views from the balcony at sunset were stunning! A short drive from Batumi, you’ll be greeted with tranquility and greenery that makes a welcome change to the bright lights of the big city! Tatiana was so helpful and we loved our time there so much we stayed an extra night. Local recommendations include Khimshiashvili Cellar for traditional qvervi wines and Champion Restaurant in Chakvi for beautiful Georgian cuisine!

Очень красивая чистая и просторная студия! Все очень прилично и опрятно по сравнению с другими квартирами в комплексе! Высокий этаж - прекрасный вид! Однозначно рекомендую!
