The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A spacious dining area features a round table set with glassware and cutlery. A freestanding bathtub is positioned next to a large window, offering panoramic views of the mountains and the harbor, while lush greenery adds a touch of nature to the interior.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

A well-lit bedroom is captured through an open window, revealing a view of the city skyline and nearby construction. Minimalist furnishings include a spacious bed with white linens and a wall-mounted TV. A small table with a plant adds a touch of greenery to the space.

At the same time our guests have opportunity to taste local delicacies free of charge, including delicious Georgian wine, cheese and dessert. Our facility is new and we will have special surprises for our first guests.
