Arafat was very helpful and extremely prompt in his responses. He helped us settle in well and his place was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was walkable and close to my home and ticked all the boxes. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable studio near besant nagar. kudos to Arafat for being on top of everything.

I would recommend her place to anyone. Lots of amenities very clean ambience. Very friendly Host who is ready to help any day anytime. House is very very well maintained. I would recommend this for anyone who are prefering nice quiet home, nice homely background.

Prashanth's apartment is the perfect base to explore the city or for a longer-term stay, since you have a full kitchen available (including washing machine) and plenty of space to work or relax: you will find a huge smart TV in the living area, fast WiFi (a solid 200mbs), a comfortable bed and great service by Sathish and his team. In the area you will most of the things you may need during your stay, from well-stocked supermarkets to restaurants (including Indian, Korean and vegan options), or chai stalls if that's your thing in the morning. Not too far away (by rickshaw) you can get to the Phoenix Marketplace for everything else -including Starbucks for your lattes. Note that the apartment is on the first floor, no elevator, so that may be something to consider should you have mobility issues (temporary or permanent).

We had a great stay at Gayathri‘s/Lakshmi’s place. She checked in with us daily, which was very thoughtful. We never met her, but the security guard Krishna was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean by Indian standards. Unfortunately, the towels were quite dirty with brown stains, so we didn’t use them. Our flight was late at night, and although check-out was at 11 AM, Gayathri/Lakshmi kindly allowed us to stay longer unless a new booking came in .. luckily, no one did. That was a big help. We’d definitely stay here again!
