Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Alicudi, Aeolian Islands, Ancient peasant house on a still wild island, furnished with island furniture, conservative restoration. Isola does not have cars, only mules carry luggage and shopping, the house is two hundred meters above sea level. It can only be reached on foot by the stairway mule (20\ 30 minutes on foot). An archaic island where nature is supreme, slow times to connect to. No light in the streets only stars and moon. That's why the minimum stay in the house is seven nights.

Casa Gesùpappina mia is an oasis of privacy and beauty located at the end of the hamlet of Canneto, just above the former White Beaches, in the north-eastern part of the island of Lipari. Built at the end of the 1800s on the Ghiozzo cliff and totally renovated, it is a detached house equipped with all modern comforts (WiFi - air conditioning - satellite TV), while retaining the peculiarities of the typical Aeolian houses, once inhabited by fishermen and pumice workers.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
