Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλα τα δωμάτια του προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλακόστρωτη αυλή 130 τ.μ με τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου καθώς και ιδιωτικό BBQ. Η Ιδιωτική πισίνα διαστάσεων 3μΧ4μ και βάθους 1.40 μέτρα εξασφαλίζει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.

Sea (Παραλία Χιλιαδούς)

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στη βραβευμένη με μπλε σημαία παραλία της Χιλιαδούς, δίπλα στο γραφικό λιμανάκι. Απέχει μόλις 10χλμ από την κοσμοπολίτικη Ναύπακτο. Πρόκειται για ισόγειο διαμέρισμα πέτρινης μονοκατοικίας με ιδιωτική είσοδο μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Η διαμονή είναι ευχάριστη λόγω της φυσικής δροσιάς του. Ο χώρος είναι ενιαίος 35τμ με πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Διατίθεται επίσης εξωτερική ντουζιέρα στην κοινόχρηστη αυλή. Δυστυχως δεν επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια εντός του σπιτιού. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ.

Studio #5 is on the 1st floor. Buena Vista studios are ideally located on the hill over Lourdata with picturesque views of the Ionian sea, the surrounding countryside and Mt Ainos. Lourdas beach is around 1.5km down a winding village road. A variety of mini markets, tavernas and bars are just a 5-minute walk away.
