Beautiful space very well located in a typical neighborhood of Sète. Patio for eating outside and relaxing! Not overlooked. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the bike path, the Corniche going to Marseillan. 5 minutes walk to the theater of the sea ( festivals like Jazz in Sète, Fiest 'à Sète, When I think of Fernande...) 10 min walk to the coves and 2 km to the sandy beaches.
