Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agios Nikolaos

We loved our 5 night stay here. Maria is a kind and helpful host who booked taxis for us and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished with a wonderful view of Spinalonga and the sea as other guests have described. We really appreciated Maria's thoughtfulness in providing milk, fruit, snacks, and wine. The kitchen is also well stocked with condiments and tea and coffee. It is a 10 -15 minute walk down the hill to the beach and gorgeous turquoise blue water for swimming (take reef shoes or thongs for the smooth stone beach though). Of course that also means a walk back up the hill with no shade... Plaka is a delightful, small village with great restaurants overlooking the water. Maria's place is such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The neighbors also welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need. In the morning, we were able to enjoy our coffee directly by the sea, which is just across the street. The next largest city is within easy walking distance. The tavern next door is also very tasty and recommended. Likewise, the small bar opposite, great atmosphere right by the sea. Communication with Katerina was very good. Quick and helpful response. We thank you for a great time and will be happy to come back.

The Wave House is perfectly situated to swim at the beach just in front of the apartment. Loved the sun beds and area in from of the Wave House so you have a space to relax and enjoy the water views.

Enjoyed my stay at Petros residence. Very private and peaceful location. The scenery is beautiful. I was working majority of the time while here but the WiFi was great, had peace and quiet, enjoyed amazing hikes in the Istro area and beach every morning. The room is clean, way more spacious than the pics even seem, had amenities that you need and overall comfortable. Close to some restaurants and markets. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to Dimitri's helpful tips and advice, we were able to enjoy our 10 days of vacation. The small apartment had everything for a nice stay. We really liked the very quiet environment and the proximity to your own beach and garden. Dimitris has supported us very well in all matters. We were very happy about the gifts we received.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

We had a fantastic stay also thanks to our great host Popi, responded quickly to our questions and always came up with a solution. Accommodation was super clean and everything a person needs during his vacation. 2 terraces one at the front and one at the back with spectacular views over the bay of Agios Nickolaos. Furthermore, it is also the perfect place to make trips to the east side of Crete. A car is recommended here. Tip: drive to the idyllic town of Mochlos. We had a great stay here for our first week in Crete. The property is really nicely furnished and the views are absolutely stunning, both from the large balcony and the private rooftop space. The location was excellent for us, being in a very quiet neighbourhood but within a 3 minute walk from a lovely quiet beach, 10 minute walk from a larger sandy beach, and about 10 minute walk into the main town area which had lots of nice restaurants and shops. We loved watching the sun rise and having breakfast on the outdoor seating on the balcony each day. That view is beautiful. We also used the jacuzzi on the roof top several times. A great stay and we would certainly return and stay again.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean, fixtures and furnishings of a high standard. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep but still very peaceful. Amazing balcony on the edge of the sea.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location, close to the sea and city center. Louizos was very friendly and communicative.

easily accessible accommodation, very functional, super market, restaurants, beaches right next door, everything is very comfortable and Istron is 15 km from Agios Nikolaos and allows you to easily visit the east and south east side (with a vehicle of course). Alexandra is a charming person and she offered us some vegetables and fruits from her garden. Thanks for hosting us

Very nice accommodation! The interior of the house was very cozy and very cool for the heat of the season. The yard is very boho and perfect for hanging out with friends in a very quiet neighborhood and if you miss something you can walk 20-30m just across the street where there is a Supermarket (Sklavenitis). Although the house already had what it needed from basic necessities. We did not have time to enjoy all the comforts of the house as we only stayed 4 nights and the only thing that made it difficult for us was the otherwise very nice bed on the floor due to the fact that my wife was pregnant. We would definitely choose the accommodation again for family holidays in the future!

Lovely views from the terrace of the harbour and the daily comings and goings. Felt like we were in the heart of the town but with a private outdoor space. Inside was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Joanna was very helpful and responsive. Great value and recommended.

I had the best time at George’s Apartment. The view is incredible, the little balcony very refreshing and the rooms absolutely convenient. I have loved the Meze Restaurant around the corner which is called The Hope and had the best time there.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until the night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had breakfast comfortably on the balcony.

An absolutely amazing spot in Agios Nikolaos! A spectacular balcony to relax on and take in the Mediterranean views. (Also came in handy to dry my clothes - drying rack provided - after using the washing machine.) Totally walkable to all bakeries, restaurants, shops and “the Lake.” A two minute walk from a larger grocery store which was clutch for grabbing food and some beer & wine for the balcony. A five minute walk to a local swimming dock & beach club. Emma & her mother were great hostesses! Her mother checked me into apartment and showed me all the ins & outs of the space. A complimentary bottle of wine & homemade raki greeted you in the perfect size kitchen. Even flowering vines fragrantly welcomed you home after dinner. Might be my favorite Airbnb of all time! Just a wonderful stay…and for an incredible price! Value at its best. Would live there if I could.

We had the best time staying here! The home is clean, spacious, and in an amazing location—just a short walk to the center of Agios Nikolaos and close to beautiful beaches. Maria is an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Everything was comfortable and convenient, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. THE BESTTT! Please if you hesitate listen to me and book this place! The view of the marina is exceptional, personally so much better than the lake. The cleanliness and hospitality was wow, we even wanted to extend our stay! Lena's kindness was perfect. Sincerely one of the best Airbnbs
