Superb second floor apartment, facing the sea, elegantly finished with high quality materials and has all the comforts such as flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator and small appliances. The sea is only a few meters and here you can use the services of a well organized or opt for the Lido beach. Nearby there are bars, pizzerias and restaurants, while the center of the village is only a couple of hundred meters.
“My husband and I had a week long stay at Apartment Leucosia. Everything in the apartment is as pictured and described. The kitchen is nice and roomy with a large fridge, there is a comfortable sofa, large tv, bedroom is roomy with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a wonderful balcony to sit and watch the sea and sunset. My husband probably took 500 pictures, I am not kidding. Everything you might need, groceries, shopping, coffee, restaurants, are within very easy walking distance. We had a car and found it very simple to drive in and out of the town to go for visits to neighboring towns. Parking is on the street below. However, the very best part of our stay was the warm hospitality and kindness shown to us by Beatrice’s parents, who live in the apartment below. They turned a great stay into a very special experience for us. We highly recommend a stay here.”

“This place is as good as it sounds. Beautiful surroundings and fantastically clean and well-appointed - it is quite a good value. Appliances are modern and offer both privacy and peacefulness. Antonio and his mother Rosanna were extremely helpful (even when I got lost driving there) and they are genuinely kind and helpful people. Antonio was lightning fast with his responses whenever I needed anything. 100% recommend!!”
1 KM from the center of S Maria with Punta Licosa easily reachable, parking space in unguarded parking is located in a villa on the first floor (without elevator) finely restored immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. The beach can be reached with a descent of 250m. The apartment has a hairdryer, washing machine, wi fi, fully equipped kitchen, kettle, hot / cold air conditioning, extra large shower and linen. Amazing view, access to the solarium.
“The apartment is part of a complex of 3 or 4 houses on the side of a mountain overlooking the sea. It is very comfortable and well equipped, but the best is the environment in which it is, in full nature, and the spectacular views of the sea. It also has two outdoor spaces with tables and chairs where you can eat or drink something outdoors. Access to the beach is relatively comfortable: you have to go down a hill (and then go up), but instead you don't have to travel by car. The beach in front is very clean and bathing there is very nice. The host is a lovely person. He is very attentive, he had prepared a chocolate sponge cake upon arrival and gave us a fountain of figs. If we return to the area, this house will be our first choice.”
