TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). We’d come back here in a heartbeat, and now we have a friend for life❤️ (including a new furry friend for life 🐶) Thank you again 💕😘 we’ll miss you dearly x

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

What a beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The vibe in that villa is something else, which can’t be explained with words. The place was an absolute bargain for the price we paid. It’s very close to the popular food/party places. The caretaker, Rasheed, is an amazing guy, who provided us with everything we needed, gave us a tour of the place, and kept the place very neat and tidy.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

I had such a great experience staying at Leena’s place. The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Everything was thoughtfully arranged The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but still close to cafes , restaurants, nature trails. Even got some welcome snacks. Communication with the host was seamless—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. It really felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a truly enjoyable stay!

One of the best properties at the price point in south goa. we enjoyed the proximity to beaches and things to do. Will definitely recommend and be back on my next trip 👌🏽

Me and my family were looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful South Goa. And we found the perfect stay. a beautiful little bunglow surrounded with even beautiful garden, and the pool 10steps from it. The home was clean, very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The beach was a 5mins walk from the place and not at all crowded. Surrounded with great restaurants, and even a supermarket, we had ample choice to either cook with a fully functional kitchen, or order by swiggy, or just hop next door to a really good restaurants. The pool kept the kid happy and content. With monsoon in full swing, the place became a little paradise. I must mention that the host Jay was super prompt, and the care takers Pramesh and Kaveri were the sweetest and of great help. Thank you Jay for making it worth it.

Aesthetically done and beautiful old charm property. The heritage has been preserved and not dealt with much of modernisation of property to destroy the charm of the bungalow, however, all the modern day comforts are provided. The pool is spacious and private in true sense also it does not clutter the garden. Rohit has been a wonderful host. Caretakers are always at your service. Please ensure to ask Sumitra Didi to cook for you atleast one meal... Try Lunch. A wonderful place. Though a bit pricey but the courteousness and service makes up for it. All the best guys!!!! Kitchen was stocked with good basic things, Bathrooms also were stocked with hair wash, body wash, conditioner and lotion - which was a pleasant surprise. The house was tastefully decorated and the society was good for short walks with lot of flowering plants. Definitely recommended. We only wished there could have been a slightly taller or multi-layered cloth drying stand - as we were a family of 6+1child and we didn't get enough space to dry our clothes during out 2.5D stay there. Please check that and see if you can make alternate arrangements.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

A Perfect Nature-Facing Getaway at La Luxo Villa, Goa I had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at La Luxo, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a beautifully designed villa facing the infinity pool—arched to perfection and tastefully done. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large, well-maintained bathroom. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. What made the experience even more special was the serene location—it genuinely felt like I was in the midst of nature, peaceful and rejuvenating. The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots. Our host was extremely warm, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended for couples, families, or groups looking for a premium and peaceful stay in Goa. Would definitely love to come back again!

Had an amazing stay here.. The place is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach. The owner, Priya is super friendly and made us feel right at home. the place is great but seemed over priced for 3 days. The house is nice but needs an AC in common areas. the fridge needed to be cleaned. we stayed for 2 nights and the break fast for the second days wasn't enough. the supplies weren't replenished.

This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️
