Monthly Rentals in Água Limpa

Quiet check-in and check-out, the apartment is new, and includes hospitality (bed linen and towels for use in the apartment) and storage. There are cookware such as silverware, plates and glasses. The pools are mostly cold, unlike the other hotels in Caldas. Just one that was a little warmer. They could vary the temperature from a cooler to a very hot one, to try to please the most diverse tastes. We only use it on the day of arrival, when we chose to have a meal there, sorry to be missing several menu products. We opted for a meat with cassava that was ok. The children used the society field every day and there were always more young people to play ball. We dine in the restaurants that are close to the reception, where there are hamburgers, crepe, craft beer, Italian restaurant and regional food. We intend to return in a warmer time to enjoy the pools and resort area better.

It was a quiet stay, Mr. Rafael was always in contact, it was pleasant and cozy. I'll be back more often. Easy communication, clear rules, no unforeseen events. Apartment 10/10.

The stay was wonderful, so much so that we extended our stay, we loved the apartment, exactly as advertised, with all the necessary utensils to stay as if you were at home. The impeccable cleanliness, the beautiful condominium and perfect for those who like nature, tranquility and perfect waters to relax with the family, my girl loved it, especially during the week. The weekend is busier, but the staff is experienced and does their job very well, and even the hustle and bustle has its charm. Thank you Mr. Célio for the attention and kindness you gave us.

The apartment is beautiful, organized, clean and fragrant, just like in the photos. What was lacking was the condominium, in addition to being far from the city center, very noisy, especially in the front property (lake), and the other guests. I was very upset about the water park, as it had two tiny “heated” pools that didn't even fit half the number of people staying, and the large pool is freezing, I had to spend the day at another club to enjoy the warm waters.
