Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aguacaliente o San Francisco District

The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The home had a warm, welcoming feel. I only stayed one night, but I’d definitely return!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marcelo’s place. We only stayed a couple of nights. Wishing we had more time there. The place is very nice and well furnished and decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots to do in the area, including dining and shopping. We Will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Marlen was a great host! she was always responsive and quick. when we arrived she took us on a tour of the property. The place was nice and peaceful. we even got greeted by the neighbors puppy!

A wonderful place with a lot of peace

This home is a gem. Beautiful craftsmanship, all the furnishings clean and comfortable and breathtaking views. We found the kitchen to include everything we needed and the house a peaceful haven from the busy city. A perfect stay for our family of five.

An easy five star stay!! Giulio was very helpful in helping us find the place. He was so kind and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home. We were tired after a road trip, so we ended up staying in for dinner and ordering food from Giulio and his wife. The food was AMAZING and made care. And the view!! Jaw dropping. I could go on and on but long story short: stay here!! You won’t regret it!

The place was great! Close walk to the beach and restaurants are very close. The house had a great layout and the bedrooms were spacious. The outside area by the private pool was where we hung out most. The living room and tv are small but not an issue since we weren’t watching tv. Parking lot and apartment are very secure. We were able to leave our car parked on site for a few hours after checking out while we did some more exploring. We would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed the size of the apartment and how well it was kept up. Marcela was very responsive. I just wish we had had more time to explore the neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica! The property was immaculately clean and pristine, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect close to everything I needed yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The front office staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when needed. I also truly appreciated the security measures in place; I felt very safe throughout my stay. Evelin communicated with me through the entire stay and I really appreciated it! 10/10 would recommend

My time in Costa Rica was great but what made it the best experience was my Airbnb with Leidy she was absolutely amazing the entire way and very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to stay at her property again. Definitely worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it made me forget all about my own home 😂

Excellent accommodation, very clean and well distributed. The location is perfect, the only bad thing is the noise the train makes when it passes at all times. It is worth mentioning that the parking lot is very narrow, so you must be very careful when entering the vehicle in the elevator. Otherwise, everything is fine! 👍🏼

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It was exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

Great place and amenities. My favourite was the huge balcony with the view of the clouds and hills. There’s a supermarket next door, makes stocking up on essentials very easy. There’s weekly cleaning too, so extremely convenient for long stays,
